First, check with your attorney to see what is required to be produced, otherwise you could be subjecting yourself to a motion to compel and/or sanctions. Having said that, I was on the other side and was able to make good use of my ex's full credit card statements to show a number of things based on her specific transactions (where she was traveling, how much she was spending at bars, etc.) that were detrimental to her. So I'd limit your disclosure as much as you legally can.

Probably overkill, but I prepared a binder file for my mediation with all relevant financial information organized and ready. I had bank statements from last 12 months, budgets, credit card statements, mortgage statements, receipts from children's expenses, pay stubs, valuations on different assets (kelly blue book, etc.), her income statements, etc. It was a lot of information, but was helpful in showing objectively what I was arguing for.
