well if all you are looking for is sex, then most anyone who finds another sexually attractive is compatible, but obviously the girls faced a lot of social pressure when asked by a guy to have sex, and the pressure was to say no, if they said yes, all their friends and family would think they are a slut.

I was the sensitive new age guy for a while that these scumbag women would use for company and free meals. I no longer hate myself and do not give a woman more than 3 chances, if she doesnt put out she is history and I am on to the next one.
