I take off on Saturday & sundays ​ I do one hour of cardio before each weight training routine. I love working out ​ The big thing is to eat clean. If you eat like shit you won't be able to do this routine, which is about 4 to 5 exercise for each muscle group, 5 sets for each exercise and of course I have been working out for nearly 30 years. I dated this girl for two years, and she broke up with me and even had a list of the reasons why she was breaking up with me. I was losing interest in here anyway so I actually wasn't bothered by this. Turns out she already had the next guy lined up. I just laughed and said have a nice life.
