9	Seriously thinking about abandonging my kids As a father, all those kids really want from you at this age is your time and attention. I know it's tough to give sometimes. Their stories can be boring and go nowhere. The jingles to their shows and games can be grating. If you're not a natural teacher, it's tough to find joy in helping a 5-year-old read better and crack math assignments. But they need you and don't think for a second that they don't. –	Like you I seemed to do everything. Work, Chores, Date Nights, Shopping bullshit. Nothing was good enough. It's posts like these that are so difficult for me. I'm subscribed here because there are times I feel like I'm headed down this path but, like many of you know: I still love my wife, remember who she was, and want it all to work for our family. 1	Fed up with divorce threats Listen to a lot of the advice here. I just want to say I’m subscribed here because my wife and I have been on the rocks, and it feels like we might be headed down this path sometimes.
