I just did it because it's easy and your vehicle usually comes with a donut and a small emergency jack. Yeah but you had to learn that from somewhere. Most people, with how reliable cars are these days, scheduled maintenance and whatnot, have no idea how to do even the most basic stuff with their vehicles. The age of automation and convenience has turned cars into appliances for the masses.

Why does it feel like there are a lot more of the former, and not the latter, these days? Is that because of the former's nature of being more social/active in expressing their views than the latter? The only comparison I can think of atm is people who complain about a product, but there is a whole other group out there that hasn't had any issues with that product for the most part, so you don't hear anything from them. Am I making any sense here? lol

Windows has a volume slider of it's own. It can be accessed by clicking the volume icon in the notification area on the bottom right of the screen. Also, most keyboards have multimedia keys which usually have volume buttons as well. My Logitech G510 has a volume roller wheel thing which I use just about every day. I find it invaluable, especially for Instagram videos like that.
