| -6 | Woman assaults UAV cinematographer on the beach and gets charged with 3rd Degree Assault and Breach of Peace. If genders were reversed this would be national news. 'Man assaults, rips cloths, and shoves fingers in underage girls mouth for flying a quad-copter at a public beach unprovoked. What more exactly? If there are cases of men being unjustly severely charged (which there probably are) then why don't you find those cases and complain about them instead of complaining about a woman assaulting someone and then being charged with assault? | /r/PussyPass | 11/06/14 12:30 AM |

'Man assaults, rips cloths, and shoves fingers in underage girls mouth for flying a quad-copter at a public beach unprovoked.Men's chests are not viewed as sexual in our society. Women's are. So ripping open a woman's shirt is different than ripping open a man's. | /r/PussyPass | 11/06/14 12:27 AM |

'Man assaults, rips cloths, and shoves fingers in underage girls mouth for flying a quad-copter at a public beach unprovoked. And you think this is unjust? What would you like her to be charged with instead? This seems pretty clear cut third degree assault to me. If you say a man would be charged with 2nd degree assault or battery then I agree that would be unfair. But that doesn't mean the charge against this woman was unjust. It means if a man were charged more severely then that would be unjust. | /r/PussyPass | 10/06/14 11:20 PM |

'Man assaults, rips cloths, and shoves fingers in underage girls mouth for flying a quad-copter at a public beach unprovoked.Your post says "charged with 3rd degree assault". It can't be first or second degree assault because she didn't cause substantial bodily harm. I don't know what state/country this is in, but in my state 3rd degree assault is a class c felony and can definitely result in prison time. sources: http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=9a.36.031 http://apps.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=9a.20.021 | /r/PussyPass | 09/06/14 06:27 AM |

It seems like this is fair treatment. One person assaults another person and is charged with assault. That's like exactly what should happen... | /r/PussyPass | 09/06/14 04:30 AM |
| 2 | Why is it that men are required to sign up for selective service and women are not?Historically men have consistently been the ones to do the fighting. Men are generally physically stronger than women, which for most of human history made them better combatants. Men in general also have a greater desire to fight due to hormones. Also historically women have been occupied with raising children. Nowadays the difference in combat capabilities of the two sexes is much more similar(piloting machinery, shooting guns, etc) and the gender roles that kept women at home caring for the k… | /r/MensRights | 02/01/14 12:00 PM |
