Well you can be both IIFYM and low carb, but ignoring that you're telling people to not give a shit what foods they're eating with respect to micronutrient content and inflammatory factors. IIFYM is probably the most dangerous kind of lazy BP thinking. You're pretty much giving up the responsibility to think so you can fit in with the BB.com crowd. People have a knee jerk reaction to the concept of thinking about what goes into your body, and that's precisely why you need to think for yourself -- you'll never get informed advice from them. Don't avoid reading a paper by crying "this should be simple!" It is simple, just not as simple as you think.

There's also some early scientific evidence that meat could be linked to an increased risk of cancer and heart disease, but I'm not a staunch vegan or anything; I am just including it here for others who may wish to do their own research. It's really just little things that aren't necessarily incorrect, but sound a little funny. Best example: As well, the opposite of love is indifference, not hate, so somewhere she still is present in my mind. Don't use "as well" here. There are a bunch of other things to say. "Moreover", "in addition", or even "also". Use "as well" just like you use "too".

When everyone knows a guy has problems, it gives them some weird bump in status to defend him no matter what. If the guy was threatening to shoot you, then he probably was one of those guys.
