I've read his book "Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman" and I would recommend it to anybody. This guy worked with Oppenheimer and his team to invent the atomic bomb. He's accomplished a lot in his life. He's not only a brilliant man, but just an awesome guy overall.

My understanding of Krav Maga was that it's the type of martial art where your opponent, if beaten, will not be able to shake off his injuries the next day. He will end up in the hospitality and require medical assistance. I've considered learning Krav Maga, but if I do it would only be something that I would use as a last resort in any kind of conflict. There are several blogs/websites where the authors have posted detailed, in-depth posts about batch cooking and meal prep. They do the cooking & meal prep on one day (typically a Sunday), and store the food in tupperware in the fridge to eat steadily over the course of the week. The advantage here is that the food is made in one session, minimizing the time investment per meal and the overall cost of the food is cheaper (bought in bulk).
