I would never not get comfortable if there isn't anyone sitting next to me but if someone else is there it would obviously not encroach into their own personal space. I think that for instance the lateness of professionalism in women's sports means they are playing catch up in terms of quality. I think say a very competitive women's Pro league for say soccer would get viewership and numbers similar to a lower level league. Not huge numbers but more then it should.
