Also, I'm not sure how close you are with your lady, but a good talk about that with her could help to. If she cares about you, she will listen and that will be helpful for sure. I've dealt with a lot of suicidal people (as a volunteer, and in my life in general) and what I've learned is that a call for attention is something to be address.
