Tim Ferris Show sometimes has good guests. His interviews with Arnold and Gen. Stanley McCrystal are top notch. Its billed as a podcast for 'top performers' and covers everything from nutrition to leadership to starting a business.

I think you misunderstood. They test your blood before ever giving it to a patient anyways. If you are a regular blood donor (I've only done platelets so maybe its different) they run a full test anyways. So long as you find out the results, it doesn't make a difference.

Just as smartphones were blowing up, I slipped away and worked in national parks for a while (no cell service). Then I went to grad school and was too frugal to blow cash on data. I still have just a basic phone (that I leave on silent for most of the week), and can't understand for a minute why so many people think smartphones are worth it.

Sometimes you need to disown a family member though. That happens. I have a younger brother who tried to run my name through mud, and even cost me a job in college for his gain. He would backstab me in a minute if it meant any personal gain for himself so I think certain treachery is grounds for leaving a family member out to dry or taking sides against them in an extreme case.

There are a lot of different styles represented, and MFA tends to be a bit bolder than most here would prefer to dress. For a while I sub'd to MFA and FrugalMaleFashion. Between the two I was able to put together a solid work wardrobe and fix a lot of poor clothing decisions I was making both at work and off-the-clock. When I was there a lot of posters were really good about putting context around outfit choices, e.g. this isn't something you would wear to an interview.

I have an MPA and enjoy my line of work, but its market development for a clean tech that will be standing on its own two legs in a few years. That's the name of the game- always finding bleeding edge tech to commercialize or become irrelevant. My uncertainity is just with regards to am I being too focused on staying ahead of that curve when I should be doing more pickup and plate spinning (which I tend to do a lot of for a few months then go back to focusing on work in monk mode pretty much).

There are probably a number of things that should be done, the only thing that I can suggest is to take the time to save/screenshot all communications between the two of you. In addition to having a digital folder, I would also print out a paper set of copies and keep it in a plain folder. This way, god forbid if a formal allegation were made everything would be good to-go. Edit: This might also include communication with friends from immediately after about you not getting hard or whatever.

25 y/o here who prefers to scan for 'new' profiles. I can say that the number of new profiles in the 18-22 year bracket has plunged on POF and OKC. I think Tinder is the new default. Old-fashioned profiles are on the way out for reasons that others can speculate about. Still plenty of post-coed options and thirty somethings, but new younger girls are getting harder to find.

Linkedin is a solid choice, and Twitter can be a very helpful slave, but a worse master, for staying current on (any) industry news. If you re-locate a lot, mantaining social connections via FB isn't a bad idea in my experience. I don't know if I'm doing it right, but lately stay-at-home and listen to an audio book while cleaning, applying for new jobs and bulk cooking. Early lights out to get to the pool, gym and farmers market in the AM. Used to go out solo and hang or see a movie, but my prime focus has been saving 43% of my income because of job/relocation prospects, and a general interest in financial independence.
