The title wasn't "FUCK MEN WHO SAY SHIT LIKE THIS," in fact, it didn't comment on the gender of people who think like that or mention men at all. It simply spoke to a mentality that is the problem. It's akin to saying "you shoulda beat the SHIT out of that person" or "you should have killed them, seriously." Just a sort of joking thing to say to express sympathy and understanding for the situation.
