Redpill isn't exclusively about "sexual strategy". Although it does focus heavily on sexual strategy, it also stems to all areas of manhood, self-improvement and being the best version of yourself.

I think you've maintained frame quite well. You're not wasting time with her, and even if things don't work out, its all good practice. So go get that ice-cream and have fun. Also she says she doesn't know you that well, so going out that day and getting to know eachother, next thing you know she's in your bed ready to fuck.

If you masturbate of watch porn, this can be the issue. Watching porn can destroy your natural libido, and sex drive, so this could be the issue. More info can be found at r/NoFap

Ahhh, I understand the idea behind maintaining frame now. A more realistic example, lets say you say something like "I hate cops", and then someone says "My uncle is a cop." Losing frame would be responding "Well I don't hate all cops." Or "sorry I didn't mean to hurt your feelings." Maintaining frame would be something like "Well then I hate your uncle." Great example! I would definitely be a person to lose my frame in such a situation. I better start lifting my game then! Thanks for taking the…

Please make this post on how you created the relationship. I am really keen on reading about this experience of yours. Don't worry, I think we'd all love a long post. The more detail, the better. I'm new to this community, age 17 and have been a beta my whole life, and I am really interested in becoming alpha. Cheers!

I'm fairly new to this community, and have seen the phrase "maintaining frame" a lot. Could you explain exactly what's meant by this. I'm assuming it is keeping up your confidence / emotions in check and not breaking down?

Thank you so much man! This advice is no where near as daunting as some of the others'. Yep, lifting is already up and running, now all I have to do is take my reading up a notch. I used to dread reading, but recently, I've been reading a lot more on self-improvement, and I will definitely continue doing. I've been reading things like 'Power of now - Eckhart Tolle", "No more Mr Nice Guy", and "The slight edge". Do you have any other reccomendations? And yeah, the prospect of things not working o…

Thanks man, this is top-notch advice! Well I'm a bit new to all the terminology on this subreddit, I'm not exactly in a LTR yet. I've only been with my GF for a few months so far but I feel like it will last long enough to be called an LTR sometime in the future, if you get what I mean. But you're right, I need to get out of this girl being mine for life, but I would like that lmfao. And yes, I'm definitely going to stay in school, there's no other way when you look at it. I haven't read all of …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
