Perhaps find a good psychologist? I used to be well depressed even after implementing the red pill. I had cut off smoking, drinking and pretty much anything that used to be a part of my life, and in the process, completely forgot how to have fun and enjoy myself. We all need validation, but don't make climbing the social ladder the central part of your life like many seem to insist upon. The most important thing should be that you are happy and have a good time while you are here.

As for sleep. Don't oversleep, get out of bed the minute you wake up, take a cold shower to fresh up, do yoga or alike to loosen up the limbs. As for diet and training. Try and limit your carb intake during the early hours as it produces melatonin. Eat a candy bar or some fruit during or right after training to avoid low blood sugar. Don't do long cardio sessions. Drink more water. Drink less coffee aso. Overall just try and be mindful of the things that deplete your stamina bar. I've found the …

Moderation is the gift you gain from abstinence. Keep going with your cold turkey knowing that you won't have to lock yourself in that prison forever. Then when you've broken off your addiction to these things, start using them to enjoy life, instead of them using you. The only thing more sad than an addict is a recovering addict who is not able to enjoy life because he's locked himself out from enjoying things that he loved (drinking, smoking, whatevering).

As far as we know, at it's core, life is meaningless. If you choose to live it or nah is up to you. I'd suggest reading something along the lines of Albert Camus, it seems to align mostly with RP philosophy. The gist of it is, "life is meaningless, acknowledge it and enjoy life while you're here." If you are having a hard time dealing with grief hit up your closest bros about it, they'll likely feel a closer bond with you for doing that.
