I can attest to this, I would hate to be in any LTR or consider marriage if I was in the west. Fortunately I'm from and in the third world, where my family knows hers, and there would be severe societal consequences on me or my partner if there is infidelity. In our culture while dating, it's very customary to be introduced to each others sides of the family - fairly early too. I'd say it makes considering marriage far easier than if I was from and in the west.

I agree somewhat with OP's fantasy, however it's so counterproductive to linger too much on this thought. The reality is we're animals and we live in the age of Kali Yuga when all of human desires are on steroids - so there's no point thinking of the potential fantasy that we could have. The machiavellian type men win consistently.

Literally what is with you with biggest muscles and releasing the most testosterone... acute spikes in test aren't gonna do much you know? Trigger muscle protein synthesis with training compound movements, micro tears, lactic acid build up etc. Resistance training on heavy compound movements is king.

Perfect response. I think I'm far too young (23) to even think about marriage. I have decided that I do want kids though, however I am aware I have a bit of oneitis going on.

I'm so torn reading this. I found a woman who I want to have kids with. But I still don't wanna fucking marry, thoughts guys? She's okay, faithful, cute all that is great but yet alas she will be subject to hypergamy and I am aware of that. For the most part, I'm significantly higher value and we've been in a long term relationship for a few months now. I do want kids eventually and to live a married life, so I thought I'd invest in a woman. I've no clue what the future holds - I have a bit of o…

Boo fucking hoo. Are you going to fuckin sit on your ass and throw yourself a pity party feeling sorry for yourself wondering 'ohh but what is the point' or do you want something for yourself in life? If you wanna get laid, there are sure fire ways, to maximise your chances of getting laid. Are you fit? Do you know how to keep eye contact when talking to a woman? Do you know how to keep a conversation going? Do you know how to flirt? Do you know how to show your intentions with plausible deniabi…

I used to be an avid gamer and I used to care about my CSGO rank so much. Until 3 months ago roughly, my PC motherboard got fried out of nowhere. Blessing in disguise. I feel so much better now. I'm able to get rid of that time sink, sleep more, stay focused on real life pursuits way more. I don't plan on buying myself a new PC or anything any time soon! I'm thankful for gaming though cause it has given me many memorable moments and lasting friendships but yes, I do agree - past a certain point,…

No, I'm sure it's the social ramifications. She even said she liked being pregnant and she was fighting the urge to keep it. Young girl financially dependent on her religious family. Out of wedlock.

I got a girl pregnant with a one off, one night hook up. I was in disbelief myself but she had proven it to me with her ovulation calendar and she insisted that she didn't see anyone else in weeks or after hooking up. Fortunately she decided on her own to abort and dealt with it herself. I even offered to pay for any possible medical bills which she refused. Came so awfully close to the bullet that now, I almost have a post sex ritual of - empty the used condom in the toilet - rinse it once - th…

Don't permanently set the bar at mediocrity, you'll only hurt yourself in the long run. Build a solid foundation, waking up on time, keeping your room clean, your clothes ironed, hair groomed all that shit. That is the modus operandi, the default you should expect from yourself. Over time this is possible you do it long enough and then set the bar for greatness, achieving grand goals. Small goals to larger goals.

Amazing write up! I agree wholeheartedly and this was fun to read! From my personal experiences, when I go out on dates; when I do share where we're going next after the initial coffee date, the excitement is noticeably lower than a cool yet confident 'You'll see where we go next" A perfect explanation for why, the surprise element, the 'what's over there?' works. The anticipation, the constant thrill of 'nexting.'I think this goes beyond that to an almost subconscious level, where we are manipu…

This is a subject somewhat personal to me, and my experience is anecdotal, and shouldn't be taken as medical advice. I have had relatively high anxiety issues but with no panic attacks. My problem was over thinking to a point where it was really difficult to function in daily life. I've been to therapy but personally it didn't help me much. I found that stoic philosophy did help me, specifically understanding the concepts of Amor Fati (love of fate) which says that you should love your circumsta…

Learning some dance moves and going to the gym isn't greatness man... . You don't become a master at dancing or set crazy PRs on lifting by saying 'might as well' Might as well may help you start a habit or take the first steps, but that's not greatness, is it? 'it's show time' 'lets get it' Said the rockstar, the mountain climber, the heavy lifter, the champion.

I personally believe charisma is highly subjective and also environment dependent. Still, with that being said it's pretty clear that certain things are universal. I wanted to highlight things that can be applied to the every man including myself - reading this sub. (you could probably throw away the 'wear shirts that fit properly' part if you're a lumberjack with naturally gifted charisma - but then would you really spend time on reddit if you're this said lumberjack, hm?) How you feel about yo…

Yes! I fully agree. One time I taped my mouth to try and run because I saw someone on instagram do it, to help keep pace and remember to breathe only from nose. Even from that single run, I felt less tired (maybe less water leaves the body?) Plus I was a singing teacher once and can confirm breathing through the nose is the 'correct' way to breathe for singing! I didn't add this because I don't have problems with this anymore. I think this is a fix once and forget type of thing.

I don't practise perfect discipline nor do I seek total hedonism. If I really want a donut, I'll think over it twice and then probably eat it anyway. I'm not perfect, but since I had a struggle I'll let myself feel the guilt hoping tomorrow I won't eat it. It's helpful to make sure you're engaging in it as a conscious choice, not a brain-dead one. Sex with an ugly because you're horny is a choice. It's going to make you feel bad afterwards, like the donut. But if you're really horny to the point…

I use a simple notes app tbh. I started as a part of my journaling and realised how horrible it felt to write down '1 snickers bar and 2 m&m packets' and how good it felt to write 'Tuna sandwich with Caesar salad (no dressing)' kind of stuck with me since then. MFP is really good too! I used that when I was 'cutting' but now I don't cut or bulk anymore.

thank u for sharing! I will update with the smiling hahaha yes I do this too. Haven't checked out headspace, but will do. I use medito for meditation. I used myfitnesspal too but I think it's more than 20% effort, has a slight learning curve to count calories (my opinion) this guide is supposed to be easy af - but if it's helping you reach your goals and you're happy to use it full power to you <3

Thank you for sharing your input! I journal quite often since I was 14-15 years old. I find that if I try to tackle too many things on my journal at once it's a bit counterproductive, your mind can only focus on one idea at a time properly. For work I just have a calendar + to do system: To do being the tasks that need to be done, I revise them when I'm at work. Calendar to plan things ahead. For personal journaling I use three different methods: 1. Visualise and reflect: The really short but fr…

To hell with your mediocrity. Your mindset needs to be focused on making yourself as productive as humanly possible to become greatness. Especially if you're young. Read books Lift weights Eat with a goal Go out Flirt a lot Get rejected Learn from mistakes Acquire currency There's no right way to do this, but I'm sure as hell that being slightly above average just won't cut it.

I used to do lots of cardio before I started lifting, ran half marathons, 5k a day. I felt great but I looked weak and skinny. My sleeves were too large for my arms and I had to dress like a hippie to stand out. Now that I lift, my clothes fit better, I can dress sharper, I feel more confident and grounded. I get a bit more attention than I used to. My oneitis ex gf noticed it too (she texted). Plus my running has improved. Not the distances but the speeds. Win/win. Lift!

Yes! I've personally experienced this recently. I decided to do a 2 week hard cut after a lot of gaining weight since I've accumulated some fats around my midsection. After about a week of about 20% to 30% calorie deficit everyday I found myself really depressed and low energy all the time. I basically said fuck it and ate as much as I wanted to the next day and hit the weights hard. Couple of days later I felt great again. I think the lesson learned is: don't lose weight rapidly.

I admit I'm being a little over paranoid but, I'm not flaunting at all really, and I don't have a regular paycheck. Just that my dad has a real estate company and my neighbour knows I'm to inherit it soon. They are one mom, and two single girls in their peak SMV age. I'm not saying the girls have the ulterior motive, I suspect it's the mom. She has no son, daughters unmarried, living on paycheck to paycheck. They see an easy naive young horny victim (me) so I think she's trying to get me to fall…

I know that bit. I know she wants me to get with her daughter or somehow get involved in their family. (single mother with no son and two daughters, pretty obvious) If you're rich, and hang with people don't you get the feeling that everyone who you're surrounded by is looking at you to take something away from you, or use you. Nothing feels genuine in that case. Thanks for the advice tho. Solid stuff.

This is really helpful, thank you! I agree with the risks completely. It's that I have trouble seeing through the malicious intent, they come to me as a friend, as a sweet girl as someone who wishes me well. But their intentions are really to take something from me. If I am not careful I may lose a lot. Or worse, ruin my life. Need to keep my eyes open and not trust no one too much.

I think the summary answers why. If you don't avoid said trap, you become content with yourself (without really knowing why despite not having many TANGIBLE achievements in life ie: fit body, women, money etc) and lazy to take action. This is why.

I don't mean to offend but your post was a little cringe-y. But I'll forgive since you seem young judging by how you typed your post. Don't fixate on one encounter with one woman on and on. Take experience from encounters and let it go. Live in the now and in the moment. Have fun, and internalise RP truths and work towards your goals. You will thank yourself later. If you're old enough to be doing weight training. (anything above 13) Start weight training, with proper form and build the habit to…

I feel so deeply sorry for the guy. He's being anesthetized to the reality of the world slowly by the very hands that takes care of him when he was a toddler. Fuck.

Still I think it's one-itis. OP, you need to internalise the RP further. You are taking the red pill as a means to an end, not as a means to constantly improve your life, understand your place in the sexual marketplace, and the nature of women. Regardless of how much history you both may have had, her very nature operates on hypergamy. You cannot use logic or reason to convince her to stay. You cannot negotiate attraction. You can't just randomly go and start acting like you have balls. You will…

Haha, I can relate to this so much! I'm 17 now. My dad is fine tho, it's just my brothers and the women in my family (not that I don't love them). Dad would buy me protein supplements, drive me to the gym etc. talk to me about my girlfriends. He married my mom at age 40 while my mom was in her 20's. But he's a bit overweight now, used to look fit in his pictures at his 40's. He's in his late 50's now. Everyone else in my family wants me to get married early, have kids, and for some odd reason, n…

I handle almost 90% of my shit tests with a super sarcastic 'agree and amplify'. ie:- 'You're shorter than I expected.' - - "Yeah I'm actually a midget wearing stilts inside my pants" "Nice car, is this the 2015 version?" - (she's implying your car to not be the 2015 one) - "Of course not, I like old cars and old women(sarcastic tone), this one is from the 70's" overly obvious sarcasm + agree and amplify

I'm 17 and I quit Facebook and Instagram last year. At first I thought, I'm making a huge mistake because I'm now out of the social circles and all the hot trends. I used to get a decent amount of social media attention when I did have those. I thought I'd no longer be relevant and become a wallflower. Au contraire, nothing much changed. I didn't get a constant load of filler mass consumerist bullshit shoved in my face with all those Buzzfeed and Huffpo posts. It's helped me clear my mind and ge…

I may be wrong but my personal interpretation is that women are more emotional than men are. Shy, brave and libidinous are emotional metaphors used to express this point maybe. What I take away from this is; do not speak to a woman with logic and rational speak. Instead, engage her emotions, understand, respond and talk to her in relevance to her feelz. Because she feels whatever emotions she feels, significantly more than you do.

this is literally all i do and somehow i rarely get the awkward silences people talk about, i just say whatever i think with an upbeat mood and continue on asking more things. i've come to notice that in addition, playful push/pulls in conversation can go a long way in building up emotions.

the misc may be one of the last 'normal' places with a majority of alpha guys, gotta love the misc, but still sad to see the slow and slight feminization within the past few years.

I may get downvoted for this but I don't wholeheartedly agree with the conclusion of the misandry bubble text. In my thoughts, I feel though as if the 'bubble' will expand to a point where nearly all men are consciously aware of it, and then contract back slowly to unconsciously still applying the feminine imperatives unfair to men to some extent in the real world. Which makes me sad. Then again I have no credibility to my guess, just gut instinct.
