| 1 | Looks Don't MatterThe main problem is that parents force feed their kids into obesity while they're little. Your body gets conditioned to eating exorbitant amounts of food on a daily basis. Habits like those are hardest to break. Speaking from experience here btw, never cared about what I ate and used to weigh 80 pounds heavier as a result. Now that I'm an adult I can make these decisions for myself on what to/not to eat and exercise.
