You can't just overturn a court opinion. Someone needs to bring a new case with the same constitutional issue (this one being the right to privacy in the doctor's office). They need to go through the appellate courts. They need to be granted Certiorari. It's a whole thing. Google Stare Decisis.

I'm just confused by the logic. The cartoon is against women thinking, leaving the house, and participating in society. MGTOW hates when women just stay home and depend on men. If women only care for kids they're financially dependent. If they're financially dependent, they're leeches on men. MGTOW hates financially dependent women. I don't get why this is your argument here.

Update: I found the actual thing If You Are Divorced If you are divorced, but your marriage lasted 10 years or longer, you can receive benefits on your ex-spouse's record (even if they have remarried) if: You are unmarried; You are age 62 or older; Your ex-spouse is entitled to Social Security retirement or disability benefits; and The benefit you are entitled to receive based on your own work is less than the benefit you would receive based on your ex-spouse's work.

If anything, it would be tied into alimony payments decided by the number of years married. For example, if a couple were together fifty years before they divorced and the years married were more than the years separated, it could make sense, and if there are no step-spouses for the children, the surviving party would assume the position of the patriarch/matriarch of the family, so the money could be ASSUMED to remain a benefit to the family. You know, the tests to enter these schools don't take gender into account when they give you your score. Male female intersex black white asian, the scores you get are the scores you get. For example, the LSAT (law school admissions exam) has men and women both receive excellent scores for excellent work and horrible scores for horrible work.

Dude, go to Paris. I was lucky enough to solo travel Europe a good deal and there is no being lonely in Paris. I spent three whole days in the Louvre, gawked at Napoleon's tomb (he's a favorite of mine), and made some awesome friends while there. There are some quality hostels where you can crash if you're just tired or meet travelling buddies if that's what you want. Never skimp out on a vacation just because you aren't bringing people with you.
