Non-use is considered a form of improper use. 1	This is how I feel about the black female who won the race. Her testosterone levels were found to be within the range considered normal for a woman. I think that a standard should be established and that any disqualification based on that standard should be done before the competition. If I understand you correctly, it would be fair for men to win 95% of all co-ed races, but unfair for heavier men to win 95% of all wrestling and boxing matches. Even if such a woman is extremely unlikely, we're talking about professional athletes.
