Multiple times my girl has told me about them talking shit about me. Do you have any other evidence that they don't like you, or is just what she has told you? Also, even if she is telling the truth, you have to consider why she is telling it. If somebody I know talks shit about somebody else I don't immediately go to tell that person, unless I want to stir up trouble. I don't think you should be asking women for the reasons why they rejected you. It's very unlikely they will give you the real reason, and they may not know themselves. And just asking that question puts you in a frame where she has power and you are inadequate in some way. That's not a mental frame you ever want to be in. Similar thing with asking to date her friends. You say you've read a lot of theory but I don't think you've really accepted and absorbed it.

I think you've got the self-improvement thing wrong. It's not about "torturing your body and training your mind" in order to get women to like you. You improve yourself for yourself and if ot…

I'm really confused by this advice. As red pill men, we are all supposed to see several different women regularly on an ongoing basis, correct? Yet as soon as one of these women sees another man we should "cut off all communication with her"?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
