And ive never taken a course on logic, but just looking at some curriculums on introduction to logic and critical thinking, many schools teach these things to students. Irving Copi’s introduction to logic is a book used in schools to teach logical fallacies. starting on pages 35 and 109 are analyzing arguements and fallacies.

Saying that dogs bark isn’t a fallacy. I don’t understand how it would be or how logical fallacies deny empirical data. Saying that you’re stupid and can’t speak on whether or not a dog barks is a logical fallacy. Saying really anything in itself (such as an overall statement (like “god is real” or “dogs bark” or “my head hurts”) isn’t a fallacy. You did absolutely nothing wrong. I think i speak for most people here When I say that I don’t see men as “victims” of general wrong doing, or act that needs to be repayed per se. Or even that there are people out there who should apologize. For me there is simply a double standard in society that needs to be addressed. Im no law major so feel free to correct me, but In America committing a crime because of the victims gender, race, religion, or national origin are all blanketed under the term “hate crime”.
