That's not necessary at all. You just need to believe that people can have different personalities, no matter their sex. I would use "good cop" and "bad cop" myself, but I was sticking to the language in the article.

Are you implying that most guys are "nice guys"? When I hear the term used most, it means men who identify as "nice guys" but think they deserve to get laid for not being an ass. Which is, if they thought about it, not so nice.

No, it is considered rape regardless of the sex of the people involved. Even if both parties would normally consent. The difference is in the reporting to authorities. My one friend repeatedly has sex with her spouse when she is sober and he is intoxicated, and if he ever wanted to, he could accuse her of rape and she could be convicted of such.
