22	A bit of a lighthearted post for a change It's compiled into one book but originally the scriptures were just different pieces of text passed down. The first 5 books of the old testament, also known as the pentateuch, are separated into the laws for Israel, the laws for ceremonies, and the laws for morals. Todays Christians are still under the moral law but a lot of the laws God had set up for His people in Israel, we aren't living under.
