The same types who fawn over every celebrity pregnancy (like they did for Beyoncé, and would do for someone like Taylor Swift, etc.) will say that the baby isn’t actually a living being if they want to abort it. If it was cancer or an organ removal in question, there is no longer a moral question there. I think sometimes when people say women should settle, they don’t mean to settle for a person that is unattractive and has nothing going for them. For example, if a woman is 5’0” tall, maybe settling means going for a man that is 5’7” and not 6’4”, even if that is their ideal height. That height gap should be enough.
