This is working towards claiming independently minded and free men can't own firearms.

Long term care insurance is also a way you can plan for this, if you're concerned. Just be aware of the 90 day "elimination period" that separates short from long term care needs.

Figure out what job you want after you leave service - then join the service that has an equivalent position. Want to work in healthcare? Become a Navy corpsman or Army medic. Want to be a cop ? Become an MP. Don't join without knowing your agenda. Work the game or it will work you.

This is the closest to the enumerating the sociologic issues with marriage but still misses the biological idea that a mating primate couple doesn't want to fuck each other after 18 months. That shit gets old, no matter how hot it was at first. Billy Joel got sick of Christie Brinkley. What more proof do you need? Lab monkey couples stop doing it after 18 months, but if your split the couple up and throw some fresh play in the cage - wham-bam back to reproduction ville. Biology and evolution don…

She can always take you back to divorce court to re-settle based on your new salary; so you might want to keep this on the down low. Don't even tell your inner circle. It's tough on the pride to act low-ball, but it's much better for your future bank account.

It's as if the members of this sub just really want to talk about women. But now doing it in a more sophisticated way to fool themselves that it isn't all just drivel focused on women. It's like a burning itch on some guys minds that they can't just simply let go. Either stop kidding yourselves that you are MGTOW or get off the dead horse.

It's got to have a grain of truth to be true. I've worked with many females who are very high level in a STEM field. It's too bad not everyone can work with some impressive female professionals in any field to have a broader impression. Many of them suck, but there are plenty that are very bright. Just like dudes. That they can actually sell their sexuality might lead some to take a different path. Lots more dudes would do it if they could, but no one's buying.

On the converse side, there was an era when "no" didn't mean "no", but "yes!". Which is why there was a following era where they had to train young men that "no" did mean "no". So now we have an era where "yes" also means "no". Apparently. Words have meanings. We should all respect that. You have a good day, I have to go. Good luck out there.

it doesn't change that consent can then be withdrawn at any time which is the man hating feminist position. Well, yeah. This is the point of the thread. This is only not crazy if we all had time machines.

Well, this is when universities and corporations start to impose pre-activity documentation record the volition of parties in advance of action - whether it's data processing or sex. Evidentiary procedures compensate for a lack of veracity in legal matters. E.g.- take a video of the girl saying "I'm of sound mind and body, not being coerced, and I want you to DO ME LIKE THE DIRTY WHORE I WANT TO BE!" beforehand, not after.

Consent. Whether it's using your sex organs, someone else's or processing their data, it's all about consent. Which you say doesn't exist. But there's 99 articles related to the topic. If you don't want to read them all, just read this one - https://gdpr-info.eu/art-7-gdpr/

Consent is a central tenet.

I think this is a topic that interests you, and I encourage you to study it. But your thoughts are not fully developed yet. I suggest you study the 99 articles of GDPR because it will laterally answer many of the topics on which you have questions, and allow you to formulate a more stable position to rest your case. Which I suspect will change when you understand the topic a little better.
/r/MGTOW226/08/20 12:50 AM

If "consent" doesn't exist, then your argument would have staved off number multi-million dollar judgements related to GDPR against Facebook, Google and other large companies who have some of the largest and best paid legal teams on the globe. But there are indeed judgements against them based on data use lacking consent. So... I 'd have to say I disagree with your position. And I haven't called you any bad names or anything off-topic. So, how do you disband the notion of consent?

Just because it isn't for everybody doesn't mean it's bad for everyone either. We all carve our own path for whatever reason. Nature loves variations. Thank goodness not everyone's the same. And that's why it's just as ok to not do what the masses may prefer. I know some very happily married couples. I don't knock them for it. The dude gets someone to do the laundry, lots of running around or general domestic stuff. One bro makes a fairly good living, put 3 boys through college. They are decent …

I don't know of any US citizens that use the word "Uni". And as far as basing a generation of students in the idea they should never interact with women in educational settings, that's simply ludicrous. Yes, one guy was wronged and hopefully the courts will make some reparations toward that incredible situation. However, as you have stated in numerous other comments, MGTOW is about not marrying or co-habitating. Complete avoidance behavior isn't just unrealistic, it enters the realm of a counter…

Ok, so I read the article. And yet, I would never say to someone "If you're at Uni and MGTOW, do not have relations of any kind with women at your college." Attending a university is a lesson in relationships as a young adult. Complete avoidance behavior of whatever it is in life that has a negative side is not the strategy for competence in dealing with that thing throughout life, especially if it's largely unavoidable. Sure, go in wary of the negatives. Be bright enough like the subject of the…

I'm on the young side of a large group of cousins. By the time I was a young adult I'd been to all the older cousins weddings. Big parties, travel, hotels, hours in churches, drunken toasts, booze, booze, booze. All good, right? Wait. This one's divorced now? That one shows up to the next wedding alone? Their kids without moms or dads? The party's over? And now they just work and pay ? Well, let me see...

I think the only time it's going to matter is when you get so old you need assistance for daily living due to health issues. Up until then, good times. As far as kids or no kids... I'm not sure that's a locked-down mgtow issue. I suspect many mgtow's take place after a marriage/kids/divorce sequence.

Ive seen mods post this before and liked it then, and I'll like it always. It's like you don't get over being an alcoholic by constantly talking about how you aren't going to drink all. day. long. Let's just accept all negatives about everything, including women. Ok? That's the baseline. Be independent, whatever the cause; that's the situation you're in. Now let's move on to focus on coping and flourishing in life, independently. Identifying shortcomings of independence, and how to adapt to over…

Isn't she the one who went on a vacation with her husband during a troubled time in their relationship, and he happened to fall down on his head in a tragic gym equipment accident with major blood loss in the only part of the high end resort that had no security cameras? But then after the initial reports of head trauma the coroner's autopsy said it was all just from a heart problem... something like that. Amazing story.

Nobody in corporate gives a shit about women's rights, men's rights, the truth, MeToo, or any of that garbage. This is a simple over-generalization from a person who hasn't met the multitudes of female or gay male HR VP's, Directors and Managers whose sole purpose in life is to further all of a company's efforts towards supporting their personal bias. Anyone who doesn't believe this has not reviewed the Facts of the James Damore/ Google case.

MGTOW isn't thinking about female roles, as in your first sentence. Going your own way starts with letting go of any concern about female roles. No one here gives any cares about feminism. These ideas are in the wrong forum, imho. MGTOW doesn't solve the problems of the universe, certainly not reproduction. Good luck out there.

30 years ago, yeah, that was very possible. It's even possible now, but no one hears from folks who get their degree at affordable community colleges. I knew guys who worked through university around the same time by delivering pizzas as well as construction jobs. When people talk about the rising costs of education, it's really gone up. Plus inflation and costs of things not measured in inflation indexes like fuel and food. I can't imagine getting through school now the way I was able to then.

First, I agree with your distain for what you describe. Also, your rebuttal to the definition of culture is consistently that other references aren't "modern" enough, as if something that was invented a long time ago isn't a valid part of what's current. Ironic since alcohol has been around forever, but let's ignore that for a moment. What's also happening in western modern culture, on a weekly basis is millions of people, for example, go to church every Sunday. Many more millions than those in …

Find professional groups and go to their meetings or even a conference as an attendee. Every city has conference centers - get their schedules online and find something that relates to your field, even remotely. It well fill some career and social needs. Try meetup.com

Whatever you figure out, do it for yourself. Being MGTOW doesn't oblige anyone to meeting some external, superficial standard. It's really quite the opposite. If it makes you feel good inside to present yourself in a certain way, do it. Some guys shave their head to "hide baldness in plain site". It certainly doesn't make them look "younger", but it definitely makes a confident impression and takes the aging, thinning hair impression out of the picture. If you're thinking about the loss of your y…

Knowing the debt without knowing the income ability is a bit short sighted. If the lady racked up the debt in law school and was a practicing lawyer making $500+/hour, this is nothing but a good investment. Some female lawyers I've worked with make over $900/hour. I still wouldn't date one though, but not just because of debt.

So you have a 'safe' military position that is a bit of a headache with regard to procedures and protocols. The civilian world is no different, except it is a far less level playing field than the military. At ~7 years you think the other ~13 is a long ways away. It is not, it's right around the corner. Try to get your 20. My friends have been retiring with their 25+ years and are sitting pretty from here out - they have income, medical and perks. If you can stay in , it's worth much more than j…

Imho, being in a relationship isn't necessarily in conflict with going your own way, if the relationship happens to be in a parallel path to where you are going. If you're in a relationship that goes in some compromised way, then that's the way you have chosen, you are still going your own way. However, If you're in a relationship where you are being dragged off your path, into some shit that has no benefit for you, then you're are going your own way no longer.

Beyond the incredible accuracy of this list... what is the real motivation behind the people that use these kind of attacks? Are they simply jealous or are there such a wide swath of motivations - insecurities, malicious manipulation, projectionism - that it can't be defined without understanding each individual attacker's background?
