Yup I work for a non profit as a side job. It’s the most drama I’ve ever seen. It feels like I’m in highschool. Luckily I’m never the drama target. All the dudes I work just want to do their job and work as a team. Then the woman seem to have most of their work issues with other employees instead of the job itself.

I think there is a counter argument though. People who have kids respect people who have kids more. Meaning it could affect whether you get a promotion if you don’t have kids. You also don’t connect as well with higher ups who have kids or they get jealous of you not having having kids, thus robbing you of opportunity.
