6	This should be overturned. Yes, he was only charged with statutory rape. Justice Blackmun claims that because Sharon "encouraged" Michael initially with her drinking, kissing, and foreplay, it cannot be considered forcible. -1	Woman spared jail after groping airline steward's genitals. Part of the defence: "a very attractive young lady acted out of character and committed a very minor offence." Nearly all the points I came here to make were made, so I won't be redundant. However, the only thing I haven't seen addressed is the title the submitter chose. I absolutely adore /r/MensRights, however I feel that this subreddit is done no credit when titles are chosen which do not reflect the full story. I don't expect a full summary, but I feel as though oftentimes submitters post links with sensationalist titles which do not reflect what the articles actually contain.
