Well, it's like this, it flat out flabbergasts me that anyone thinks they are going to talk themselves out of an arrest. If a cop is going to take you in, he's GOING TO take you in, whether you did anything or not.

I don't know what happened, all I'm saying is, right or wrong, generally speaking, if you're out in public, you don't get to claim what what you're doing is protected by privacy. Same as like, if you get pulled over and you have a big baggie of cocaine on the dash board, the cop just seeing it in plain view doesn't count as illegal search. I believe it's the same with 1 or 2 party consent as far as recorded conversations. If the conversation is just out in public where "anybody near could have b…

It depends on what city you're in. In Louisville, that was certainly true of the strip clubs all in the same neighborhood with Barr's on gas station windows. In Nashville, different story. All the clubs are within a block or two of the interstate in areas surrounded by hotels and shit, they all charge 25 at the door (keeps out the riffraff) and to perform in Nashville, you have to have an entertainers license (I think this is the case throughout Tennessee, state license but I may be wrong) and a…

I dated a stripper for 7 years. They're just like mechanics, some of them will rip you the hell off, some won't.

All I'm gonna say is, I'm only afraid I'll get pulled over for speeding, when I'm speeding

I don't remember but I thought there were laws about allowing a suspect to have a member of the same gender present for a search. If that's true, (again, I don't remember) rights are rights whether your Mr Rogers or a raging cunt.

There's no reasonable expectation of privacy in a public park. This really isn't any different than if an officer were just walking through the park and recognised her. Unless they were using facial recognition software. And as 1984 as I think that shit would be, it's likely that the claim would still be no reasonable expectation of privacy in a public place

Obnoxious cunt or not, doesn't she have the right to request a female officer?

I'm not sure how much you make or whether you own your house but as others have stated, if you're married and raising a child, negative paternity test still won't get you out of paying child support. If you can stick it out for a few more years, when the kid turns 18, give them a birthday card and her a manilla envelope with papers inside including the paternity test results.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
