You paid for a service, if the service ain't good, you wait and sort it out, report or write a review, you don't wait until the customer assistant has their back turned and wallop them in the head with food and drinks because they are going to the only person who can authorise refunds and you are annoyed it's taking too long. She didn't want her "order corrected". She wanted a refund. McDonalds policy is that a manager is required to process refunds. Honestly, there are situations where I can see a 25 minute wait being necessary. You can cook the entire menu 5 five over in 25 minutes in a mcdonalds. The lady got what she deserved but you trying to say there could be a valid reason to have to wait in mcdonalds for 25 minutes to get your order corrected is absurd. It would make sense if they had to wait 25 minutes in a real restaurant to have their entrée remade but at a mcdonalds that's just silly.
