You can choose to be a person who lies whenever it's more convenient, or a man who stands by his word. I can't force you to buy into any kind of reasoning. But for my part I am know what kind of man I aim to be, and I don't want to give anyone else, man or woman, the power to make me act dishonorably.

I don’t see the point in giving her any more honesty. SHE lowered the relationship bar to THAT level. That one is on her. But it's not about her. A man does not keep his word because a woman has earned it. A man keeps his word for himself, for his honor and integrity. Don't give anyone else the power to make you less of a man.

I personally wouldn’t bring it up. Just quietly demote back to plate and keep fucking other bitches. That’s me tho. I’m not the jealous type Perhaps you're not the jealous type, but you are not a man of your word if you tell her that you are exclusive and then fuck other bitches. What does it matter how she acts? Your word should be more important to you than any woman. If you don't want to be exclusive then just tell her you are no longer exclusive.

I am a girlfriend that cooks and cleans and it’s something that I WANT to do not something that I feel forced to do. It’s sexist when a man feels like it’s a woman’s responsibility she cook and clean for her husband. It's kind of hard to say exactly what "forced to" means in this context, right? Personally I would only date a woman who cooks and cleans, and presumably having those preferences is not forcing anything on anyone. Which of course means that if she isn't happy or at least all right w…

Knowing how to lose with dignity is a valuable skill. A general who ignores the grand plan in order to win every single battle is someone who doesn't understand strategy. Being exceedingly prideful is weakness rather than strenght.

Long story short, lesson learned. Never break frame, once you start to think about "love" or actually be a genuine person to her and give in, it will be taken advantage of. Fully vet women before committing to them. You sound bitter. That is understandable, but be careful what lessons you take away from this. Being bitter, cynical and joyless guarantees you unhappiness in life. Being paranoid about the actions of your women guarantees that you'll never be able to keep a quality one long enough t…

Most advice is directional. Since most men are needy betas, telling them to text less or not at all is probably decent advice for most people. I think your assessment of your own SMV is rather inflated: > realize this because I've hooked up with girls and I would forget all about them, not text them at all, and a month later they'd hit me up at 2 am talking about "wyd rn". They hit me up, not the guy who they've been texting constantly for the past month, not the guy who commented on her Snapcha…

Get out. It's time to be a man. You are not disrespecting your father by being an independent man. You are rather disrespecting both your father and yourself if you refuse to grow up. https://youtu.be/JjfClL6nogo

Part of growing up is learning that your father is just a man. If he's a good man, then emulate him. If he's weak, then forgive him. We live in a culture where positive masculinity is exceptionally rare. And text your old man on his Birthday. Be kind and spread some fucking joy when you can.

Never ever ever for nothing in this world. Any kind of infidelity. Kiss, sex, flirtation, feelings. Come on. You are married with two kids. Ten years together. Your wife, who has been good and faithful all this time comes home early from a dinner with her girlfriends. The reason she comes home early is that she has something to confess: She got a bit tipsy while at the bar waiting for their table. She responded flirtatiously when the waiter started flirting with her. Although nothing physical ha…

Read 12 Rules For Life by Jordan Peterson, How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie and Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. Start lifting heavy weights. https://stronglifts.com/ is a good starting point. You are not what you can be. The first step is realizing that, and working towards becoming better. Don't feel too bad. Everyone is an insecure idiot at 18. Just do what you can to not be an insecure idiot at 25 and you'll be better off than 95% of people. Starting now.

Don’t ask girls out for tea. That’s gay and low value. Pick alcoholic drinks or A cooler activity. Also, DGAF what random people on the Internet tell you is gay. Take her to tea and then fuck her in the ass to show how gay you are. Don't drink alcohol in order to impress others. That's dumb. Don't over invest in first dates. Keep it low effort. Then if she's not worth it you can just bail and do something else.

There were a few girls from before that barely recognized me and showed interest, but I kept having these thoughts at the back of my head "you never even showed me an ounce of respect while I was down, now you act like nothing happened" It sounds like you have an unhealthy attitude in that you're blaming these women for not showing interest in you before. Why would they? And bitching about people not respecting you is ridiculous. If people don't respect you it's usually for good reasons. This re…

OP is gullible. And remember kids, don't generalize from fictional evidence.

Right. Such a retard and a shit stain of a human for caring about his brother. And how deluded he must be for thinking that he can infer anything after spending Thanksgiving with them.

It's not about her. It's about you. Act so that you can tell the truth about how you act. It will make you stronger.

Is that really how you want to live your life? Living without integrity is not conducive to either long term happiness or any kind of lasting real success in life.

I wanna read esoteric pontificating sophistry about why women are solipsistic, why they put insane amounts of effort into the external appearance while being inwardly vapid, why they're rational mind is subjugated to their biological impulses, why they're literally INFERIOR to men. Ask yourself why you want that. Sounds rather pathetic honestly. Read Marcus Aurelius instead and be a man.

You sound like you need help bro. Read Meditations by Marcus Aurelius and 12 Rules For Life by J.Peterson. Be a man. The only person you can change is you. Blaming women for being women is for losers.

Height is important to women. She wants a tall man. That sucks for short men, but it's a legit preference. Why wouldn't you just tell her?

Did your read that before posting? "Your colleague says something that immediately makes you feel uncomfortable. He thinks he’s just being funny, but the comment is inappropriate — maybe even offensive, sexist, or racist. What should you say or do if you find yourself in this situation" OP hardly seems like a triggered snowflake. I read that whole article. Hardly see how the article is relevant or how it contains any useful advice.

So what if he "increases the pressure"? Ignore him. Don't submit to him. Don't enter his frame. If he "keeps increasing the pressure" it's going to be painfully obvious to everyone that he is a try-hard and a jerk. Stop "agreeing and amplifying though". Just pretend he isn't there.

Strongly agree with the sentiment, but > what you should do is friend zone her What I would do is just say "Sorry, but I'm not interested. Please stop messaging me." by text. Don't meet up with her again. Then proceed to block and ignore her if she doesn't relent. In particular don't respond if she's threatening to hurt herself or something like that. (But keep a screenshot of the convo for your protection) Saying you want to be her friend is in my estimation more likely to have her keep pesteri…

This He is trying to impose himself on me and crush my frame. How do I deal with this? You deal with this by not being reactive. Do your shit. Do it well. Don't stop talking if he's interrupting.

Put yourself in this girls shoes: how the hell do you expect her to reply to that creepy beta shit? Hell, you begin by putting yourself down and apologizing. Work on not being a pussy, and talk to cute girls in real life. Drop this email crap and hit the gym.
