Don't put her on priority. Keep talking to other girls and go out with them. She could be flaky, but she could also be genuine. I have a guy like that. First date, he canceled because of work. We rescheduled. Before second date, he got into an accident so we cancelled again (very unfortunate). He was also apologetic. I didn't exactly "let him go" but he's definitely not on my priority. Then we planned a third date and I didn't really get my hopes up. But it happened and went well.
