The line "Whoever says men aren't emotional clearly forgot about anger being an emotion." is with regards to women being called emotional even if they express basic human emotions. Anyone who knows anything about how society is, women are too emotional is a trope to justify denying them a lot of things. Or dismissing them. Whereas men have a history of showing their anger in public, and also acting on that anger.
