Well I'm aware of my body as I've been working on it, measuring my calories and putting on weight healthily. And the advice I was asking for was about t-levels not getting into an argument about if I'm skinny or jacked. I got a healthy BMI and I'm on a lean bulk. Do I need to gain weight? Yes, and that's exactly what the fuck I've been doing for the past 2 months when I noticed I was losing a lot of weight. Besides, my weight at the end of the day is my own Goddamn business so stay out of it.

Yes, I have lower bodyfat percentage and good muscle tone while maintaining a v-taper. My bone density is low so I weigh less. This'll be the last time I'll explain this. If you want I can send you a pic.

I've been lifting weights, sunbathing, eating a lot of healthy stuff and getting protein and I've been doing so for about a year now. Tho, I wouldn't say I'm a twig. I'm actually fairly jacked, just lightweight haha.

Yeah, I assumed it's a lack of vitamin c so I'm thinking of supplementing. But I didn't self diagnose, I was experiencing some symptoms and wanted to know if it's normal or not

It's not. My BMI is 19.7 which is in the healthy weight category. But yeah, I'm being on surplus and I gained about 7 pounds in the past month. I plan on gaining 8 more pounds of lean muscle mass

Not necessarily. I measured my bodyfat percentage and it's about 14%, my BMI is 19.7 so I'm in the healthy weight category , and I generally appear more muscular than skinny.

I'm currently not stressed that much. Though I have been thinking of getting a blood test. I'll be on it

I used to be skinny fat as well, and I managed to get into shape. The thing is, the fat is very difficult to lose and muscle is very difficult to gain. I suggest you go bulking for about 3 months and start shredding and being on a caloric deficit. Once you feel like you're leaner, start lean bulking. Good luck, mate.

This hit on different levels. I, too, have been doing that until I realized I don't need that.

I honestly don't get the point in deleting this sub. Reddit are trippin because some men who are tired of society's bullshit are expressing themselves. They say feminism will bring equality, but it's being proved that it's used in order to acquire power by diminishing other opinions. These people suck.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
