| -1 | While the Protesters of Portland's Women's March Want Even More Female Privileges, the Homeless Men beneath Are Really SufferingHa. Woo research /u/Parvan. It might be that there was energy going toward misguided things. But hey, cheap shots should be called out and all that. Thanks for the chat dude 👍 | /r/MensRights | 14/03/17 10:57 PM |
While the Protesters of Portland's Women's March Want Even More Female Privileges, the Homeless Men beneath Are Really SufferingThe picture shows people protesting while there are other issues in society. The same picture could be taken at any protest ever, and you could point out "look! There are other issues in that city. How could they protest for (feminism / abortion rights / mens rights / consumer rights / scientific literacy / net neutrality ), when there are homeless?" What they are protesting for is besides the point. My point is that this photo is a cheap shot, a trick that could be used against anything ever. | /r/MensRights | 14/03/17 02:10 PM
While the Protesters of Portland's Women's March Want Even More Female Privileges, the Homeless Men beneath Are Really SufferingI'm not sure what your point is. The ones you point at either seem political (fair enough), or advocating equality for all. Nothing at all like any sort of anti-male sentiment being denounced in this thread, or the common "teach males not to rape" fallacy. | /r/MensRights | 14/03/17 01:48 PM
While the Protesters of Portland's Women's March Want Even More Female Privileges, the Homeless Men beneath Are Really SufferingIDK about this. I went to a protest in Dublin advocating for abortion rights recently. This was while we have a housing and homeless crisis in the city. So you can be sure that there were photo opportunities like this on the day. As the same time though, I also frequently volunteer my time for homeless charities. The protest was not the time for shouting about the homeless, and my time helping the homeless is not the time to shout about abortion. | /r/MensRights | 14/03/17 11:50 AM

Elijah Wood: Hollywood Is Run By A Powerful Elite Pedophile RingAbsolutely. I think we need to acknowledge that pedophilia is a thing. But I am still firmly on the side that acting out those feelings on a child is wrong. The OP here though, just dropped a divisive opinion with no clarification. *aaand he clarified. "internalized misandry" makes you think sex with kids is bad. I'm not with him. | /r/MensRights | 13/02/17 11:06 AM
Elijah Wood: Hollywood Is Run By A Powerful Elite Pedophile RingHe could possibly be suggesting that pedophelia (what could be considered a mental health issue) shouldn't be illegal, and making it Illegal is what's adding to the black market. Granted, guy is dropping that in an unnecessarily obtuse manner. IMO even with that stance, child porn and sex with minors is abhorrent. | /r/MensRights | 13/02/17 09:29 AM
Found on imgurIt seems to me, that the argument that women should carry to term if the father wants to, seems to come from some vindictive false equivalence. A mother carrying to term when the father doesn't want it, is not equivalent to making a mother carry to term when she doesn't want it. The physical reality that it's the mother carrying the newborn to term for 9 months. There's no argument that is going to create a perfect equality here. | /r/MensRights | 26/01/17 01:43 PM

The UK Labour party wants to close all female prisons and punish women in the community!Where is that second part of the title coming from? Also: Judge Peter Rook QC told warned her today: ‘This is a very grave offence indeed. You must prepare yourself for a substantial prison sentence.’ | /r/MensRights | 04/05/16 02:04 PM |

Guy goes on feminist's talk show and defends us, leaving her speechless many timesI agree. He invited her on his show and talked circles around her. I would have much preferred a format like the podcast Be Reasonable. The host invites pseudo science folks on the show and has a very mild mannered conversation with them, debate is polite and good-natured. And some of these people would make your blood boil, such as Leo Rebello, who argues that HIV doesn’t exist and that AIDS should be treated with homeopathy and yoga. | /r/MensRights | 08/12/15 01:40 PM
Top post deleted from /r/AskReddit: "Where are all the plus-size male models?" Apparently the community is very interested in this double standard but someone with mod privileges isn'tI think it was meant as a joke. But sarcasm can be so easily misinterpreted online. So it's probably not some anti men's right thing. | /r/MensRights | 27/07/15 10:14 AM
Probably obvious for the rest of you guys, but coming to this realization was a revelation for a recovering passive-aggressive "nice guy" like myself:I made a similar post a while back, in a very similar situation to you. The most useful thing that I remember was to get the book: "no more mister nice guy". I recommend getting that book. It answers some very useful whys and lists a lot of exercises that help break that mould for good. | /r/seduction | 03/12/13 02:08 PM
Why "Nice Guys" are often such LOSERS. You hear it all the time: "He was such a NICE Guy, and she's such a Heartless Bitch for dumping him."The thing is though, this is how they / I used to identify myself. And I think how society identifies them as a whole. They can have the term, it makes it one step easier for their recovery, to read an article that speaks to them. | /r/seduction | 02/09/13 10:36 PM

Building seddit smartphone app, any content you guys would like included?I can imagine people being tempted to open a set at a club, then pausing to take a peek at the app before working up the courage... I like the idea of having an organized library of all the great content that /r/seduction has to offer. But I think there is something very wrong with the idea of having that library specifically tailored so that you can have it at your fingertips, when you are out and about. | /r/seduction | 24/04/12 12:17 AM

What are your guys' thoughts on male virginity?Any time I've seen a male virgin, it's always because of the wrong reasons, ie. Religion or a crippling lack of social skills, fear or even believing in fate. Sure props to a guy that does something like that for his own reasons. Any reason above I tend to think is misguided and needs a hand / wakeup call. | /r/seduction | 11/02/12 06:33 PM
