1	Morning gym-goers, what is your daily schedule like? I try to get to my office around 7:00 am with a workout usually fit in before that. I don’t have the option of going to the gym every morning most days I can, so my routine begins the night before. I usually eat dinner prior to 8pm and don’t eat anything after. I make sure my gym cloths and my work cloths are ready for the next day, then usually in bed by 10:30-11. I wake up at 4:45am and am out of the house by 5:00am.
