Rather than live my life in fear of 1) a highly survivable, low side-effect, easily detected cancer and 2) serious illness or death which can happen to anyone, anytime, any age....I (and my GF) choose to focus on living a spirited, positive, healthy lifestyle. It's great for the soul, and I highly recommend it. Also, look around, extend your life out a bit - there are many, many healthy, fit, handsome and vital men in the world these days at every age.

I am late 50s and my current GF is early 40s. We have our differences but most things work well. My drive is high, I am keeping up with her newfound libido which was not tapped in prior relationships. She has family members in similar age-difference relationships and respects them greatly. I am quite healthy, fit, active, aware and mobile. She being an X-Gen claims that I am more like a Millennial. I often think about what you're saying above and sometimes mention to her, but she swears up and d…

I had a few encounters like this with an ex-GF. One time we were sitting right under a blowing A/C, 2 guys sat next to her and offered to keep her warm. She immediately replied with something like "I'm ok my boyfriend is really hot," and they slunked away. Attractive girls get a lot of this and probably have some great defenses. Sounds like your girl is there and maybe let her take the first shot while you maintain amused indifference. Of course, if the situation escalates then absolutely take t…

Lines drawn around yourself become walls. I live entirely in the grey zone. Virtually nothing is black and white and I appreciate the learning and new experiences I get from this. Women and most others enrich me the same way I do them by opening my mind and sharing things not on my radar. Like visiting new countries or engaging in activities, the list is endless.

I flip this script in my life, successfully. I tell GF that I am constantly improving so I will keep her. But the truth is I'm constantly improving for myself, and my improvements are validated by other women which drive her a little nuts every now and then. She may one day leave me, feeling like she will lose me anyway, which is what happened with the last girl. And I'll just get another girl. So current GF will be the one who ends her turn with me. I treat her very well, but since she feels mo…

I have a Blinkist account for key ideas and book summaries. If I like it enough I'll get the book, otherwise it's just a 15-minute read. Though I only do audiobooks now, during workouts and drives.

I had a girl on a date tell me that she unmatches as soon as she connects with someone via text. I thought for a sec but quickly understood the benefits. Plan to go but wait to let her hit you up for confirmation. If she does and it's a date, you'll already have seized the higher ground giving her the impression that you're confident and busy. Or disorganized, but all of these are better than coming off needy.

"Stay better than her." This is everything. I would add to "Make her better." because her being better raises the bar for you.

I on-line-dated for a short time, met a couple dozen girls and picked a few to second-date. Artists, lawyers, doctors, accountants, waitrons and of course recently-divorced with trunkloads of $ from their exes. Really clicked with one of them, still with her a couple dozen months later. It's not just hoes and skanks on-line, it's everyone. I had fun with it, met some cool gals and totally confident that I could do it all over if she flakes. I got a few unsolicited compliments from gals who knew …

You are the best at fundraising, not emails. You are the rainmaker and they are jealous. Own this fact. Then, flip the script and stop asking for help. Just keep being the best and offer to help them so they can get better. Manage upward, help your supervisor look good while maintaining your own quality. Also keep things more light, banter with these guys and make things more fun. Show some compassion for the guy and his kid, read up on his condition and offer some insight and conversation. Chan…

I went through this with an ex-gf. She was clingy and insisted on coming to the gym with me so that she could mate-guard ME. Which she kinda did, but then she got a truckload of attention from other guys. Most ended up being cool and not trying to scoop her. One or two were creepy and she always told me about it later. I stuck with my own lifting and only occasionally did a few sets, like abs, with her. Advice here is that her insecurities displayed to the other guys that she's with me, and my i…

My Bumble experience was excellent in terms of quality and quantity, seems like the ladies there are serious about meeting up. I had the most fun with Hinge, in terms of quality - the Q/A aspect gets right into playful pre-date warmups. Tinder was my least enjoyable, many dates but lower quality. Lots of girls will pop up on all three as well.

Exactly This. My current GF is cool, not too jealous but still a woman. I have a coworker (and friend, known much long than GF) who is same age as her, similar attractiveness. When I need to insert a spark into my girl I reference the coworker in some tame work-related thing. Lights GF's competitive fire, makes her DTF for days after. Sometimes I feel like a real shit for doing this...then after .00001 seconds I get over it.

In March I began to casually build a garage gym. Started with resistance bands and a chinup bar. Eventually worked through shutdowns, lack of inventory and COVID price gouging to what's now a fairly complete (sans cardio gear) gym. Though my club reopened in June, I won't go back inside to breathe that air any time soon. I now have a rack, olympic bar and bumper plates, powerblock dumbbells, heavy bag, speed bag incline/decline bench and roman chair. I'll be adding a few things as the months pro…

I did 2 months of on-line dating between GFs. I was relatively new to it but once I got going I figured out how to own the flow. I was against coffee dates at first, and only had 2 of them out of 25 first-dates. You just never know how it will go, I also had drink dates that became very spendy with slim chance of a second date. My coffee dates went like this: One of my first dates started with some excellent banter on the app - she had a great sense of humor and was very interested in a date. Bu…

Yea, I screwed a bridle ring to the floor under my headboard, with a dog leash to strap up some handcuffs so they're always ready behind the pillows. She brought a blindfold. Also have restraints under the mattress with the straps/cuffs dangling out - this was from the prior GF. I'm still a bit new to all of this but she's completely loving it and pushing me to push her harder. She asked me to watch the 365 Days movie, it lit her up like a firecracker. I too am having way more sex, it's on her mi…

I went through a similar path as you. Years ago I divorced then hooked up with a nympho that looooved to fuck. I got up to speed quickly from dead-bedroom to anal whenever I wanted. Never knew I had it in me, the dominance flowed out naturally once I was in the right frame. Nympho had some serious insecurity issues so I let her go. Current GF never had an aggressive fuck before me and now is sexual 24/7. I laced her up in a Japanese bondage rope one morning, she put her work clothes on top then …

This is a great post. I'm in the exact same situation, broke up with a 6-year gf in March. She was totally into me and still is months after we broke and she's with another guy. Current gf is totally into me in much the same way, but of the other couple-dozen girls I dated only a few showed forward signs that I'm their type. It's intoxicating to be desired at such a high level. As OP says, figure out how to tap into those girls who dig you/your vibe and make it happen.

Can confirm. I tossed my 114-lb ex all over the place. Been picking up current 120-lb (5'5") GF, often when kissing her I reach around and grab her by the thighs, pull her crotch up and into mine and grind away as she wraps around me like a koala bear. She texts me about how she misses/needs my strong hugs. Piggy back ride in NYC was an impromptu fun moment that she talks about frequently. So yea be strong and physical - it helps women feel small which seems to be catnip for them.

Great point. Last GF was awesome but used stuff I revealed early in our relationship (during my BP-RP transition) as a weapon later. Her jealousy broke us up. Current GF is awesome too but in a more confident manner. She rarely questions me, doesn't probe or bait me into revealing much. So I control the info flow and dole out an occasional "reveal" so she learns more about me - on my terms.

Interesting. My ex-wife was on the pill, we never had sex. My ex-GF was tube-tied (so no added hormones), we fucked almost every day. My current GF has an IUD, we fuck 3 times every night (midnight, 3am, morning) that we are together. She absolutely loves the 3am wake-up sex...but I'm exhausted.

Interesting discussion. I'm a bit older (50+) but have some good experience of the past 6 years. Current GF has an Associate's degree from a decent public university. Been at the same office/manager job since she graduated, very intelligent (4 languages, etc.) and curious about everything. No TV, spends her spare time with herself (working out, hobbies), me, family and/or friends doing active things. She is very much into personal development, which I continue to encourage and inspire. Interesting, I'm in my 50s and just went through this. GF (many years, lived with me) developed some serious jealousy issues, and decided one day that she "had enough" when I told her that I had a business trip with two women from work, one of which GF had been jealous of for over a year. GF announced that she's moving out. I did not stand in her way. I helped her find a place, helped her shop for furniture, gave her some things to start her new home. This was 3 months ago, we connect every week…

I get this and agree with it. I'm an older guy, here's where I'm at on this: I just got out of a multi-year relationship with an Asian-French hottie, career girl and 24x7 horny. She was, emotionally unequipped to be with a high SMV guy having a lot of things going on in his life besides her. Anyway, after she left I began dating, went out with several dozen women having various levels of attractiveness (6-10 IRL, 8-10 in pictures). I only selected 3 for second dates, banged 2 of them so far. I j…

FR: the other night I got back from a dinner date, then a meetup with my ex GF (she wouldn't fuck me any more but I was jazzed up from trying). I checked on Tinder and had a few Qs from a recent contact. It was 11:15pm, I just said "come meet me for a drink so you can interrogate me." She said, OK 12:15 at xxx. She came ready to roll. We had a fun, flirty 90 mins but I wasn't interested enough to take her home. But the point is, just go for it when you're in the sexualized frame of mind. And she…

It will come to you. In my 30s I was literally invisible to any modestly attractive woman. Since I started lifting, eating better and getting more sleep, everything changed. I now get random openers from women all the time. It's weird, and awesome. Be the boss of you, and they'll want you to be the boss of them too.

You can get to a level where your body language, appearance, voice and personality earn you respect in any situation. With your confident demeanor, you can hand out respect to any recovery guy or water ski shackman with ease. Especially if you show interest. And you could learn something too. Since you are the customer in these situations, not the student, the expert and your girl will continue to respect you. It's still YOUR frame, not his. Maybe this comes with age, but this is how things roll…

I go to the gym (close to home) every day. Any days-off are caused by morning work meetings, appointments or traveling. Weekdays: 6-7 hours sleep, nearly always have nightcap sex, so I sleep well. Awake at 6:30, have a cup of coffee (mainly as a diuretic), take the dogs out, etc. Get to gym 7:30, 50-min workout on a specific muscle group. I had great success with this when I started back into lifting 10 years ago. First I stayed focused while patiently building my routines and schedule, and of course my body while showing up every day. Eventually became friends with some of the guys there, many of whom were already friends with the hotter girls. By now I had achieved a level of status in the gym, so the girls would now place themselves near or in front of me so I would initiate. Very easy from this point, literally just smiling w…

Be brave. Be confident. Take calculated (and sometimes not) chances. Pursue things in your own best interest; not selfish, just in terms of your (high) value. Be and pursue the best that you can. Observe, recognize and SEIZE opportunities in every aspect of your life. Put yourself in situations where luck will come to you. It will, but you need to see it coming and react to it quickly. You will define yourself based on life's positive feedback loop.

Escalate by responding to something in an overtly sexual way. It will set her hamster a-spinnin, and she will return back to it soon after. At least, this is what happened to me in a similar situation years ago. Girl at the gym, I was flirting with her but harmless stuff. I then made one sexual comment, she brushed it off but returned back to it soon after. And then decided that she needed my phone #, and later asked me to join her for a "couples massage". I am doing quite well in every aspect of my life (though I still have tremendous drive to do more). I can pick a new girl out of dozens of acquaintances, old and new, that have already given me hints but I'm not pursuing. My girl gets approached and talked to everywhere, any time of day. She shares them all with me, we have a running "corny pickup lines" list. She gets a little validation spark from it, and I'm not threatened by these guys so she tells about them. However...I don't share with her the many smiles, hi's and extended chatter that I get. Kids keep you from being so self-absorbed. Most of these things you list give exponentially more satisfaction and pride when you guide others to achieve them. And watching them (kids, employees, etc.) succeed because of you. Example: I taught my kids how to play instruments and coached them in several sports. I get a ton of satisfaction and pride by attending their performances and games/matches and seeing their earned accolades (ovations, scholarships, awards, etc.). This is far more rewarding …

I'm in my early 50s. Came out of dead-bedroom 25++ year relationship a few years ago. New girlfriend now for 3.5 years, we keep a log and have fucked nearly 200 times this year. Checking in at 52. at 48 I left a lifetime relationship that started when I was 21 and naive. Shame is a beautiful thing when used correctly. A few years ago my wife (now ex) got on my case about having "man-boobs." A few weeks later I (re)joined a gym, quickly got my game back and am now in the best shape of my life. in every way.

Describes my current GF situation exactly. She wants wake-up sex, early-to-bed sex, and nooners on the weekends. And we've been together over 3 years. I can pleasure her all the time, but I become disinterested in myself getting off when it becomes too frequent. I don't want to discourage her, though, because...damn it's nice to have pussy on tap 24x7. And she gets feisty when we go a day or so without.

For me, it's a matter of giving (leading, guiding the date) rather than taking (data-gathering through 20 questions). She will reveal far more about herself when you drive the agenda, and pull her into your frame. It may take some time as she is usually not accustomed to being forced to follow, but once it gets fun she will join in - usually with great enthusiasm. I understand what you're saying. Good luck having intelligent and logical discussions with these gals, they don't process dialog in the same manner as we do. I have been in situations with girls where she and I literally have nothing to talk about. So I make it fun. Do things that boost your T-levels. Lift, improve your diet. Don't eat anything with soy. Get your proteins from whey, beans, vegs and meats. Go to the gym, don't lift alone at home. Because there are lots of girls at the gym. Start talking to the ones you see regularly, then get bolder as your confidence builds. I waited until my kids were teenagers to ask for a divorce. She and I grew apart, dead bedroom, etc. But the biggest problem I had with her was that she never allowed me to lead, or them to fail. As a single dad I can do both. These guys are now proud, confident, brave young men who are doing exceptionally well along with good grades. This is a good analysis, thanks for thinking it through. My current LTR is strong in all of these areas. And many more. But I struggle with her on one big issue - jealousy and insecurity. Any attractive girl that walks by, I get scrutinized for potentially looking at. Any waitress that is friendly to me, I hear about it. A lot of guys don't re-rack either. And worse they don't put the dumbbells back on the LABELED spots, they just drop them into first-available. I rarely see them do it but come up to an empty bench with 3x45 on each side. Feel bad for the cardio bunnies who are trying to use the free weights (and get noticed by the serious dudes).

I struggle with this one. For many years I was in a long term deadbedroom situation and dying for some female companionship. So a few years ago I had stepped up my game – got back to lifting/cardio, lost 20 lbs and at least a dozen years off of my look. Was always a bit of a flirt but now was getting responses from every quarter, especially hot girls at the gym, all ages. Lots of digits, meetups (some married, some single) but I never pursued sexual relations and continued living my lonely life …

I see mens' value as being proven by what we can contribute to our society and community. We build and create things in vastly larger numbers than do women. The value of many women lie in their ability to make people happy with their personality, beauty, sexuality. Yes the managing of babies and children so the men can continue to focus on their projects and goals is valuable as well. But what is the value-difference between a fit Asian SAHM versus a soda-swilling fatty?

Some examples. My company's benefit package for employees cost me personally a lot of money, but gets me what I want - loyalty. I give my SO a lot of new life-experiences that help her grow in ways she didn't understand before, which gets me gratitude, meals and presents. I give her AFs any and every time she wants it - which is all the time. My friends all know me to be there for them but nobody ever "takes advantage of me" with chores or duties out of convenience. But i will offer to help out …

I get this alot, in the form of "Fugued always gets what he wants." But the subtext is that I make informed leadership decisions and push the team (girlfriend, family, coworkers, etc.) and they eventually see my point/path and follow. It's kinda like a tacit complement, like they are grudgingly accepting my direction. Contrary to any accusation of selfishness, I am exceptionally generous - with my time, money, gifts, favors. So nobody can ever pin a "selfish" tag on me. Even though, in some resp…

Sent this to my GF. She said OMG Soo True!! I replied "So you don't need me." She says "I want you." I reply "But you don't need me." She thinks I'm getting all insecure. "Well of course I need you, baby." Me: So then the Soo True statement is false." Which she ultimately agreed with. So when I see her tonight I'll push her to admit that she is indeed a Strong Woman that can live without me. Once she agrees, I can pivot (some day) to the same frame for me. Very amusing exchange with her, thanks …

I fit the sigma definition. But I have kids, and am a very involved, loving and successful father. My kids come first before my work, and are one of my passions. I am determined to help them become great men themselves. But yes, my relationships do take a back seat behind the kids, work and passions.

Thanks OP, you have defined me. I never felt right in the Alpha or Beta category, but most parts of Sigma work well for me. I do want to be a leader, but in the sense of getting things done. As a manager I often say that I "lead from behind" so that my team gets satisfaction and credit for what we've accomplished. No worries about me getting accolades. I just feel better when other people's lives improve by knowing or working with me. I think I was much more Alpha as a youth, but lost my drive w…

Spot on, living it right now! Last week my GF and I were having a quick dinner and drinks before a concert. I made a comment how "the woman drives the sex, the man drives the commitment." She immediately fired back "No, YOU drive both of these things!!" My sex drive isn't as strong as hers, as she is DTF 24x7. So she is correct. So I have options, which make her jealous and scared. She too has options, but...abundance.

Bought her a Twinkie maker for Christmas, after promising her some "cream filling". Immediate tingles by the Tree. Now we have a bunch of leftover (actual) cream filling that she drizzles all over me and licks off. So...yea it all works.

This, exactly. I recently left a long-time Deadbedroom situation. several years ago I started working out, eating better, cardio, etc. Dropped 20 lbs and nearly 10 years off of my look. Now have a nympho-girlfriend who is DTF 24x7. my ability to keep up with her is improving but it is still a bit of a challenge. But as you say I will never, ever deny her the D.

I work out every morning, except when travel or meetings get in the way. It is very easy to manage my life with this, and I feel great all day. Day one: "Push" - Chest, shoulders, triceps. Cardio. Day two: Legs, abs. Cardio. Day three: "Pull" - Back, Biceps, alternate shoulders. Cardio Day four: "Push" + cardio Day five: Abs, double cardio. Day six: "Pull" + cardio Day seven: Legs, abs. Cardio. Open to other ideas, though don't crush me I am a half-century old.

M50 here. I know you didn't ask me but here is something to think about. Go to the gym. Get fit. You will love the results. You will meet lots of interesting people of varying ages and levels. Pick a time to go regularly so you start to see the same people. The guys aren't all meatheads, I have friends from the gym that are lawyers, contractors, masseuses, single moms, college students, young professionals. One of my pals there just turned 80. I have met quite a few single girls/women that I wou…

I tend to use some hard-work stories to inspire others, particularly employees, children, business partners and clients. Not very often, and certainly not so much that I get "yea, we know" from anyone. But at times, demonstrating hard work and resultant successes is quite helpful in moving a team or project (or employee, or child) up to the next level.

Ha, really funny stuff. Girl at my office has a husband who is a vegetarian. I am DYING to ask her how often they have sex. But, of course, workplace laws and etc.

I was eating tofu a lot more last year to reduce red-meat intake. Bam! Drop in libido, couldn't perform as well with my girl. Back to red meats, then Bam! back to awesome sex drive and performance. Truth, at least with me. She says NO TOFU!!

Manicures. A few years ago my company had a photographer take pics of us for marketing materials. One of the pics showed my nail-bit fingers and it looked ridiculous. So I began to get manicures. Sitting across from and chatting with an attractive Vietnamese girl while getting groomed is a great way to improve yourself. And spending money on this cured me forever.

Nobody seems to be talking about the spectacle that must have been in front of her that we don't see. A cameraman or two or three, perhaps on a bike or scooter, walking backwards, etc. From the street this was clearly something noticeable and people spoke up, maybe wanting to be on film. Any other normal day with her just waking down the street alone without a camera crew - probably not a peep from anyone.
