Toning isn't really a thing. If your changing the appearance of part of your body you're either gaining/losing muscle or gaining/losing fat. Toning is a meaningless term that's used because lots of women freak out at the idea of gaining muscle mass.

Keep in mind that if anyone involved in the meeting tells you they don't want to be recorded, you can't record. Unfortunately Florida is a two-party consent state, so you need permission from all involved parties in order to record a conversation. They can't keep you from taking notes on the meeting though.

When I was in middle school and was bullied I snapped one day and beat the absolute shit out of my bully; ended up breaking his nose. I could have stopped much sooner, but I new if I did he'd just come back the next day with his friends. I wanted him to be humiliated and afraid so he would stop for good. Most law firms do a certain amount of pro bono cases each year, I believe they can write the time spent of on taxes and it makes them look good to the public. You can also get some lawyers to work on contingency. If the case is a very probable win, then they will work it for free under the agreement that if you win they get a portion of the payout.

Yep, she was awarded both compensatory damages and punitive damages. The compensatory damages are to make up for the wrong done to her, the punitive damages are to discourage the parties at fault from doing it again. The hotel itself was found partially responsible, so the punitive damages are going to be incredibly high because that's what it takes to hurt their bottom line enough for them to address the problem.
