I think you're f*cked. Sorry. Women never forget and never forgive. Any trauma she sustained by watching the man she loved cry in front of her will forever be with her.

Lesson learned. Don't date your sister, just pump and and dump best case.

Saying "I am sorry" is identical to saying "I am a sorry individual." Would you ever call yourself a sorry individual? No. Furthermore, apologizing implies you're going to make more mistakes in the future. I don't get how not more people understand this. Otherwise you wouldn't even need to address the issue in such a manor, if you yourself are 100% no further mistakes will be made. Think about it, why would I ever need to show a form of sadness from something I will never do again and it's for s…

Laughing is a form of crying. They are two sides of the same coin. It's emotion. It is not your friend. Laughing is the short-term drug that eases the pain, like booze.

When you smile and laugh it means someone else made you re-evaluate your world view. You show others that they can influence your frame. It means you don't have everything figured out, you are too emotional, you don't have high levels of control over yourself. This is great if you want to be Cuckmaster 3000. If that sentence made you laugh, re-evaluate your life.

Feminism is the symptom. I think about 90% of people only care about getting rid of the symptom. I typically look at the underlying cause. Gay frogs, man.

I've seen some of this guys' videos and he's like a magician. I saw him get one man's grip strength back from a 2 to like a 7 in a very short time. Something about resetting bones to allow for proper nerve communication. Maybe that's applicable to your thumb situation, it sure sounds like it even though this guy looks like he mostly does neck and spine.

Dude she wants it. As soon as women want to meet, it's for sex or at least to continue shit testing you to hope you're a man, for sex primarily. Never, ever listen to the content of the words. She just wants to feel safe and get nailed like there's no tomorrow. But you need a frame to handle this stuff. Do sports, eat right, make money, get a good philosophy for when times are tough and know that no one owes you shit and you owe no one shit. Not for one single nanosecond ever. If you have a IDGA…

Solid post. Not A+ but would read / skim thoroughly again. Am I the only one who really enjoys just being without thought when with women? Like, there's no inner monologue, there's only that growing attraction. The internal engine of "turned-on-ness" purring. And I ride that wave. Maybe I have a more female brain than a lot of you here. I just sense there is so much over-thinking and being stuck inside your on heads there is. I think the truth is that women and men are a LOT more similar than yo…

Personally, I've been taking Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0 for about 18 months. There's probably other great manufacturers, but if you're short on time / don't want to do that much research, I would recommend ordering a cannister of that powder. There's a good chance you'll be taking it for a long time.

If you eat enough vegetables, and you should, you are getting more than you need of most vitamins and minerals. Nope. It used to be, but no longer. Proof: https://media.mercola.com/ImageServer/Public/2014/May/mineral-deficiency.jpg Supplementation with a high-grade multivitamin mineral formula has become essential. Modern agricultural techniques have left even whole foods too low on minerals to achieve peak health.

You get acne when your kidneys aren't filtering properly. Eczema and cysts are most likely related. Information in links below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YoJfWTFrud4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7N7BQG3ZW44

Yes. A sad state humanity is in when the death of man brings with it relief to some. But I understand it. The man is sick. It is also true that he is, even though he does not realise it, himself probably the main cause behind his choice of dis-ease. From my own experience, I am a frugivore. All my disease was caused by eating acid-forming foods that damaged my body, filled my lymph system (my body's sewage system) and impaired the function of my kidneys and adrenals. Eating fish high in mercury …

Even though the truth can be painful at first, it is actually beautiful and the only true way forward. My method when it comes to the media is this: I find indivuals. People on Youtube, in Slack groups and on subreddits. Why do I go to the individual? Because usually "groups of people" have to conform in some way. They have to sell out, sell their souls for a profit. To me it is fairly obvious that all mainstream media is tainted at best and a lie at worst. So, basically, find people who are "in…

This is so true. If you desire women but can't get them, this crushes the spirit. Right now my abundance mentality is one of my most cherished character traits. Do whatever you can to build this. It's the single biggest factor in living the way you should.

Sure. But if it's going to cost me time, I'm going to have to lay 10 to 1 and it has to be at least for 1 million USD on my end and 100k on your end. Say max 5 mil to 500k. Also by december 31st 2021, not January.

Found the post-modernist. Truth exists, morality exists, universal truths exist. Moral relativism is the nectar of the fools. Mankind just hasn't been given the right tools to make this happen. By 2025 we'll have our Ancapistan, as all you weak-willed individuals start using gold and silver as digital money again. As government death grip starts to wane, you'll see the world for how it really is.

The overarching point is to use correct terminology. The Western world is not capitalist. That is 1984 double-speak. Becoming the strongest version of yourself means realising many terms have been coopted. You're acting like a useful idiot when you use their words. Crony capitalist, okay. Oligarchy, yes. These are more accurate descriptions. The point I'm making is that you're giving capitalism a bad name. That is incorrect. True free market capitalism is the only way to live.

Capitalism as a free-market ideology exists nowhere on planet earth. Where there are governments, there is no capitalism. You're going to have read about anarcho-capitalism (Ancapistan) if you want to get the actual definition of capitalism, not the coopted version most people take it for. Capitalism is the way reality works.

There's a super thin mid-40 something Russian woman at my gym. Skinny as fuck and she still complains about her weight. She has at least one daughter. Some of these Russian women are pretty red-pilled and they realise their health and looks are mucho importante.

Replying just for the sake of truth. Look at raw vegan YouTubers. Not all of them, but damn. The women stay hot way beyond the age of the average woman. I'm back to eating meat and eggs and the like. But I went vegan for 8 months, mostly fruit. I can recommend that stuff. Though supplement a little as the soil where most bananas are grown isn't as nutrient-packed as it once was.

1) Capitalism is not what you think it is. It's actually the only way to live. The definition has been co-opted and misused for decades. 2) A man has as many masters as he has vices. Some men get addicted to the sauce, some to porn. So it's the opposite of victim mentality. Anything that requires willpower to do and is good for you long-term is good. This sub praises lifting but loves its porn. That's some grade-A cognitive dissonance right there. I was not implying a global conspiracy. It's jus…

Upvoted. Libido dominandi was eye-opening to me, yes. A red-pill light of sorts. Pornography is a form of control. It takes something away valuable from you. Again, close to nothing for some men, but for certain a noticeable change for some others.

There's a reason why the Israelis started broadcasting free porn to the Palestinians after invading (insert city name I forgot here). Porn turns you into someone who expects something to happen. Abstaining turns you into the assertive aggressor. Though other men may have different experiences, I am certain this is true for a decent percentage of the male population.

Apparantly protein gets burned by the body in the same way as sugar. Best form of ketosis would be high-fat, low protein, low sugar. So I recently heard a reputable doctor say. I've only done the "regular" ketosis. Good results. Fasting too, recommended. If anyone who did fat-only wants to chip in with his experience, I would welcome it.

Women feel, because they need to survive. Men are physically way, way more dominant. A woman knows intuitively she needs a strong man to be safe. If you're a weak-willed, push-over pussy, then you're ending up with no woman or a low-quality woman (less attractive). Also women need to take care of children. In order to do so effectively, they must sort of be like children in a certain sense. Especially little children until they are 7 to 9 years old. I don't understand any other man who wants to …
