Size is a factor. Not the only factor, but it plays a role. There's no sense denying it. Not the end of the world either way.

The words I put in your mouth were the same ones that had just exited your mouth.

You implied as much, yes. u/spicy_simba is essentially saying "just be yourself" and your response was: Sometimes a man just wanna fuck. Not every encounter with a woman has to be about meeting your soulmate. which does imply that being yourself is for attracting soulmates, not casual sex partners (otherwise you wouldn't have responded to u/spicy_simba in disagreement) and that you can't both (A) just be yourself while (B) attracting women who just want to have sex.

You do know that you can be authentic, honest, not play games, and still attract women who just want to have sex, right?

Everything you said. How is this not common sense?

Just don't play the game, or any games, for that matter. If games attract her, you're gonna get a woman who . . . does what? Plays games. Just be yourself. It's surprisingly easy and will attract someone who likes . . . you guessed it . . . you! God I hate this fucking sub. Why am I even commenting in it? What the fuck ever happened to authenticity?

Yeah, extroverts can suck a lot of energy out of an introvert. It's fun for a bit but then you need to recharge your batteries.

Dead on, I think.

Well, I have to pretty much agree with her assessment of this place. The unfortunate part is that she seems to think all guys are like that as opposed to understanding that this sub self-selects for those who see women as prey.

No way to know for sure without more probing (no pun intended), but it kind of sounds like it.

Nobody goes to Denver anymore. It's too crowded. Possibly dating myself with that reference lol.

Dude, again?!!! You've posted this same thing numerous times over the past year. Troll alert, folks.

Dude, how many times are you going to post this same exact post? It's getting really old. You look fine. Go for it.

"Do you still wanna know what I'm hiding in my boxers?" I mean, she mentioned it, so how can she get mad at you returning her own words in the form of an innocent question?

Hair clipper, #2-3 depending, but beard trimmer on the boys to keep that as short as possible (never really wanted to shave there cuz it just seems like an accident waiting to happen).

"Well, it's a date, so as long as I'm dating both of you, I guess it's okay. We probably should meet first to make sure we like each other, though." That's a completely fair response, but you'll be going on no date afterwards.

No idea if this is even real due to the comments thus far, but (A) I think you're a reasonably good-looking guy and (B) maybe it's the quality of the pics, but I actually think you look a tad bit better in the more recent set. I'm male, by the way. You probably want some female feedback too lol.

We're actually in agreement from start to finish, then. The only caveat I would add is that not being able to talk to a girl or get to the point where you can form a relationship is probably due more to the environment a person is raised in as opposed to being a genetic trait. That caveat actually puts both of our theories in doubt.

We exited the cave long ago. We're still ruled by the same biology, but that biology must compete with social conditioning in a modern environment. What I'm saying is that seducers aren't going to have the most offspring. They'll be hopping around from chick to chick, doing a lot of fucking, but not producing a lot of offspring (at least, not intentionally). The guys who form stable relationships with women provide an environment conducive to her wanting to have kids. His genes will be passed al…

The idea is that with this 'flow chart' you can basically manipulate her into finding your attractive. Meh . . . but you do you. Thanks for the reply, though. :-)

All well and good. It's your call, obviously. I just hope you don't become your canned game. I've seen guys like that and as they age, it isn't very pretty. Anyway, I'll bug out and leave this thread to those who have a greater appreciation for the canned approach. It just isn't my thing, but to each his own. Didn't mean to blow up your post lol.

Well, I appreciate your civil reply despite me essentially castigating you for your approach. I can also appreciate, from a scientific standpoint and maybe a comedic one, as well, your willingness to experiment. It's called 'canned game' - Do you belong to the community out of interest? I subscribe to the sub, if that's what you mean. I definitely don't belong to the subset of the human population that approaches fucking chicks with canned, inauthentic material, though. Absolutely not. I think y…

Yeah, I'm male, and yes, I did mean to post here. r/seduction is something a I occasionally read. Some of it is interesting and I see the utility of the information. But, to me, at least, seduction is not quite the same as being a PUA. It's quite possible (preferable, I would argue) to go out at night with the goal of connecting with a woman sexually while still being authentic. I would argue that that probably also makes for better sex. Yes, there are basic differences between men and women and…

My friends say my strong qualities are: good at connecting friends, social organizing, good listener, non-judgemental, curiosity. Okay, I'm 50+ and have been married almost 30 years, so I'm not going to pretend I know anything specific about any of the other questions you asked. However, in general, I've just always found that both men and women (and in this case, it's women were concerned with), the above combination of being a curious person who is a good listener and non-judgmental about the …

you're trying to game a girl who doesn't want to be gamed, tbh Umm . . . instead of treating her like a marlin and trying to hook her with this shiny lure or that one, maybe just talk to her like a real human being? I don't think most girls want to be treated like gamefish. I don't know. Sometimes I get this strange idea in my head that people like being treated like people. And then I have this other weird thought that girls are also people. Not sure where these ideas came from. ;-)

It wasn't the rejections that made me cringe. It was the approach. Fake, smarmy, and creepy from the start. And then the lingo in the description, as if it were a board game. If he had just been himself, he would have probably been rejected by the first few anyway because they weren't into him (but maybe they weren't into him because he reeked of inauthenticity, so the bullshit may have even been an impediment). Then he spied a girl who was attracted to him and he went home with her. That's prob…

It amazes me, but mostly in a bad way, that people even think like this. I mean, that first line (the ToddV thing) sounds like something a used car salesman would say. It just reeks of bullshit. I honestly wouldn't be interested in any girl who fell for such a smarmy and obviously rehearsed bit of crap. So much for just being your real, authentic self. You would have done just as well, and probably better. I mean, this whole notion of "Use this line in this situation and that line in that situat…

A good pair of approach shoes makes all the difference. Once you reach the base of the climb, swap them out for your climbing shoes and you're ready to go!

Good advice. Be interested in a lot of things and you'll also be interesting because you'll be able to talk about a lot of things. You don't have to be an expert. Just enjoying trying new things can be a huge benefit. You might think "Yeah, great, but that only helps once I'm talking to a girl. It doesn't help me be more attractive or interesting visually at first sight." Well, that's not entirely true. Being interesting and confident shines through somehow. I don't know how, but it does. Also, …
