I would use her "advice" as examples of exactly what NOT to do. Good lessons!

These groups just seem like a bad idea. This stuff could be true or.... his ex just wants revenge. 🤷‍♀️ We've seen and heard plenty of stories of women fabricating lies about decent men. He believes that white men are not in any way privileged in this country. Well, he is correct. The fact that this is supposed to be some kind of "gotchya!" leads me to believe his ex is full of shit.

What exactly do you offer other than supposedly being attractive?

Have you even met this guy in person??

I feel like this is remarkably easy to do. Does he offer actual engaging conversation? Does he ask questions and seem interested is getting to know you/learn about you as an individual? If all a guy can offer is compliments of how hot/pretty/sexy a girl is, that tells you exactly what he wants. And straight up asking a guy what he's looking for. If he's vague ("just seeing what's out there", etc) that tells you everything. Clearly guys can lie and say what they think you want to hear, but pay at…

Oh wow, I somehow missed that part. That's a hell no then.

A stable & actually dominant man does not need some kind of symbolic (and rather humiliating) ceremony to maintain control over anything. This reads as either some BDSM dynamic (fine if that's your thing, but only works if both parties are healthy and stable) or, and more loudly the case here, disturbingly controlling. Honestly.... I say RUN. FAST. This man has serious unhealed issues. Do not play Miss Fix-It.

That's definitely something to work on within. It can be conceited in some, depending on their motivations but you're just trying to boost your own mood. I've literally watched my own mental health skyrocket after making time to regularly do my makeup and put together a fun, simple outfit. Severely underestimated! As far as other self-care stuff, find other things you enjoy. Do you do anything creative? That's a big one for me.

The height thing is far less concerning than bringing up sex stuff and his dick-death grip. Yeah, lying about height is weird but you're proving why guys do it. Save the 6' and up guys for the taller ladies. Focus on do you actually like this guy and want to get to know him more or not.

I'm not entirely sure what you feel you're getting from this relationship aside from financial support. Your description of how you feel towards him does not sound like love - you even say he is not your type in various ways. I mean.... do you want it to be 10 more years before you realize the relationship is not right for you? Don't let the amount of time deter you from leaving if you feel that is right for you. You are still young. If there is nothing keeping you together aside from financial …

To be entirely honest, this guy sounds like a loser. I see nothing that he has to offer YOU based on this post. He sounds like tying yourself to a sinking weight - seems to be all talk and is using RP dynamics to justify being an insecure, controlling asshat. Plus he still lives at home and pays no bills? That combined with his immature mentality is a big old NO.

Not trying to be an ass here, but am I to understand you've only met the once and now you're going to be spending the night in an Air bnb together? I get distance is a thing, but the message that sends to me is a bit odd. Why wouldn't you just stay at your own place alone and spend time with him out on actual dates (in public) while he is in town?

You said you haven't met either guy yet so you're jumping the gun here. Plus one guy is already sending you racy photos - for me that would be a hard no. He's looking for one thing only, despite what he tells you.

Maybe its because you already broke up with this guy before in a pretty insulting way. Just take the lesson and learn from it.

Wait.... what? Did I just read this wrong? You are living with boyfriend & his ex AND the kids? None of this is healthy.

I think the issue is that a lot of women (obviously not all, but quite a number of them) assume their physical attractiveness will be all they need to obtain a quality mate. As we age, when the attitude is a shitty one, the looks start to match the attitude and the beauty fades. Women who bank on just their looks don't really invest in the rest of their personality, hobbies, etc. This ends up resulting in someone relatively shallow and uninteresting which starts to become very apparent. Yes, loo…

Why does he have to go on TikTok at all? That's ridiculous. Don't you have any hobbies or something?

I think the bigger question, as others have already mentioned, is why in the nine hells are you bothering with this dude? You're young and unmarried. He's got a world of issues he needs to be working through on his own. I won't even get into the weirdness with spoiling the kid and not normal sleeping arrangements. Cut your losses. Stop trying to "fix him" and take care of yourself.

24 is old.... ??! What in the nine hells? Who the fuck said my value lowers as I age? That is a retarded mindset. The only thing that is really limited would be your years to bear a child. Other than that, we should be constantly improving ourselves, which is what I do. Constantly learning new things and skills, improving my art, finding fun ways to work out and just generally taking care of myself physically and mentally. Isn't that the whole point?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
