1	Another Perspective on the Wage Gap The problem here is that women also experience the same things on the other horse's back. It's terribly disingenuous to think that men are taking up more load when data suggests that women are not only earning 80% of what men earning(2015 study), but they also have to carry other loads on their backs that men never have to(workplace sexism, menstruation, pregnancies, etc).
