You know what i found ironic? When the Verge responded to the controversy they said something similar to "Newsrooms must stand up to targets campaigns of harassment" Likely talking about the character assassinations and what have you. Seriously, they said this, even though it was them and their ilk that popularised the methods of weaponizing mob mentality. It's baffling how backwards this whole thing is.

Well when women banded together in order to be allowed to vote, i think we're in the "4th wave" of feminism (could be 3rd, i stopped trying towards the end of my sociology classes) its the current wave where there really isn't that much disproportionate between the sexes and in fact women are doing very well in lot's of different sectors. I think they've run out of stuff to fight for so they make shit up like mansplaining. But it really did just start out to fight for simple things. Like voting …

if anything it would be "reverse-mansplaining" like how instead of sexism or racism it is now "reverse racism" or "reverse sexism" sometimes they stick anti instead of reverse in there as well. But in the end you can stick anything in there because guess what. Its a fucking made up word like half the jargon feminists create.

It's absolutely horrible, i was conflicted about posting it here as I didn't want to just use him as an example but i reasoned that him putting his experiences on a video, he wanted this to be able to potentially help other males in the same situation. I've watched Boogie for years now and just to see him transform in to how he is now, he's in a better place now.

TL;DW - Boogie is abused by his mum from about 10 years old to 19 years old. She beat, scratched and kicked him a lot, she even took a hammer to him. She made him eat tonnes of horrible food which caused obesity so Boogie would never leave her to die alone. He was psychologically and physically abused by his mother. If this isn't a prime example of women committing domestic abuse I don't know what is.

They used to be, but now you have to stay in education until you're 18 and im pretty sure u have to be 18 to sign contracts unless you get parental/guardian consent. At 16 they can also still be taken in to the foster care system for 2 years.

my best friend from highschool turned out to have been abused all through it and i didn't even know, he came in to school one day with his teeth wrecked, he said it was because he through this solid heavy pokeball in the air and tried to catch it with his mouth, i believed him because he had ADHD and i knew he did stupid stuff sometimes. Turns out his mum threw it at him and broke his teeth. She had bipolar and was the caregiver of him and his 3 siblings. The mother is now in prison for stabbing…
