It’s the best advice, it’s just incredibly difficult and sorta misleading. The more accurate way of phrasing is “be self-actualized”—it’s almost impossible to distill into a series of steps because nobody can teach you to be more “yourself” other than yourself (or perhaps God / Allah / etc if that’s your bag)… Somebody who is fully secure in their sense of self is going to have an indestructible frame, boundless confidence, among other things. In the abstract, people are bound to misinterpret ie…

What is unmasculine is being socially wierd and unable to undestand the implications of how you present yourself in society I never said they didn't know the implications. There's plenty of weirdos who pull because they know who and what they are, accept it, and work with it. Rejecting oneself and striving after an externalized ideal of masculinity, whether it be a particular exercise routine, job, outfit, etc is, in effect, LARPing. Which, if the ONLY goal is to pull, by all means--enjoy the va…

Just lift brah!! Just be presentable!! Signal that you’re a good admirable civilian!! Jumping through any sort of conditional hoop or sacrificing one iota of your personal autonomy to get laid is intrinsically unmasculine. You’re asking people to give up their frame in lieu of decorum, appropriateness, conventional attractiveness standards, etc. It will get a greasy virgin some baseline success, sure. But it doesn’t help somebody to find their voice and carve out a unique path of their own, whic…

Patrice said something about this. It's like this. Women generally have FAR more male friends than vice versa. As we all know, a good chunk of those guys aren't truly 'friends', they're just waiting for their shot once she's single. This is why it's usually easier for women to rebound--they have a backlog to come around to. Man's weakness is in accepting the "you can't have other female friends" argument of a controlling girlfriend. Firstly, it gives your girlfriend way too much leverage and the…

Total honesty is an indestructible frame. Not to be underestimated, imo. Artifice and fakery crumbles under the gaze of an honest man. Cut through the bullshit whenever possible. White lies might seem useful in the short term, but you can quickly find yourself entangled, being taken down a path of further lying to preserve your ego. On top of this, we can't truly know the magnitude of truth for any particular occasion. Sometimes a white lie can mean a LOT to somebody else, even if it doesn't see…

It's on a rolling basis too. If by chance, a new industry is discovered and it turns out to be lucrative, you'll see an onslaught of articles about how said industry is a 'boy's club' and that things need to change. But only when it turns out to be lucrative, never before--when early adopters are joining the field and putting in the legwork and exposing themselves to risk (big time commitment with zero payout). That early adoption stage is where you can secure your position in a potentially lucr…

Factors at play: 1. Shyness 2. You were probably the only other person in the aisle and creeped her out, thus why she looked to her friend for security

It’s because you sense her starting to pull away and you grip even harder. Not to say your chances will be amazing either way, but it’s better to practice some level of detachment in these situations. Let her come around on her own, if you try harder to make plans with her when she’s emotionally unavailable it’s going to signal that you have oneitis for her and can’t imagine anyone better

Have no clue why you were downvoted. It doesn't make you any less alpha not to kick someone in the fucking head and potentially end their life. If anything, walking away is the more honorable thing to do in most fights after the other person is down.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
