Sounds a little like we don't know the full story honestly. Some of these dailymail-esque articles are written just for outrages sake with little proof. She'd be killed in the streets if she was released, they would hold her in psychiatric care just to keep her from not getting murdered. But that's coming from an American, our news makes us look like we are beating immigrants off our jobs with a stick and eating doughnut burgers all day.

diet soda has nothing to do with losing weight, nothing is healthier than a glass of water. i'm discussing sugar alcohols being better than sugar for people with issues with maintaining a low calorie diet (bariatric patients, morbidly obese, diabetics). there is no studies that have proved any issues with sugar alcohols, and other than a minimal A1C increase and digestive issues due to intolerance, there is minimal issues with "synthetics". what a funny buzzword that is, its not fucking unobtani…

Other than a minimal increase in A1c compared to drinking WATER and digestive issues for people with tolerance issues there is no comparison between diet soda and soda. I can promise you that you have no relative information for glucose/glycogen being raised from diet soda. Citric acid causes more issues than sugar alcohols.

I stated it is healthier than pure sugar. Everyone who was apart of the main study on diet soda had been disbarred from their field. It's a lie, especially in terms of splenda and stevia. Water is the healthiest option, but diet soda if used properly and without excess is the better option for soda than corn syrup/cane sugar drinks.

Diet soda is still bad for the teeth, and aspartame has a lot of bad press due to lobbyists...But overall it is a good option if you have difficulty giving pop up. I work in healthcare and deal with diabetics and morbidly obese patients every work day, and they will not drink diet soda because they were told there has been scientific studies stating diet soda is bad. Even most people in health care think this. It's disgusting to hear people say pure sugar water is anywhere near carb/calorie free…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
