2	Even though women seemingly lose out- are patriarchal marriages the only marriages that can seemingly last and provide contentment? If you end no fault divorces, that means you're left with fault divorce only. Fault has to be found before the divorce can be legally granted. The legal grounds are adultery, abandonment, prison incarceration, cruelty and physical inability to engage in sexual intercourse. One of those must be present and admitted or proven for the divorce to be granted. Proven requires the evidence to be heard in court.
