I doubt it. People make dick size jokes all the time but I've never once heard people actually serious about it mattering

Could be that you're good looking and that's why people want to hang out with you even if you have bad social skills. I changed my appearance and started working out in college and have a much easier time. Sometimes girls will smile at me and my first thought is to get pissed that they're laughing at me, but they're actually just flirting
