2	To maximise your aesthetics, low body-fat is key, not size if you can find the documentary "I Want to Look Like That Guy," it shows a guy in his late 30s going from 30% to 6% body fat. It goes in to details of his training and diet. Basically, it wasn't that hard for him to do the drop to 15% or so....just cleaning up his diet and lifting; however, he had a very hard time drop below 10%.
