has nothing to do with math and all to do with you. choosing the right people managing your state, gaming well... could be 0 could be 10 could be 30 if you're great an aligned and flowing. women aren't buying products they're buying you.

Whats even the point in trying? You're a fckn human male... Tinder shouldn't exists part of right of passage of being a man is going through fear and claiming what you desire. start small, approach old people, ask for the time, build up, talk to fat chicks first, stop whining, take command of your life and get to work!

it's trauma. find the core wound. heal it. make yourself feel safe and at home within yourself. if you don't you'll forever ask the world (girls) to do it for you. which creates enormous pressure for you, and an enormous ask for them. approach too, that'll help with your stifflement but it will be temporary and wont heal what's really pulling the strings. thanks for you openness

women vs girls. it's not just the positive response mate, it's that conversing with adults is just more pleasant and easy to connect coz your on the same vibes. If it were a 20yr old dude would you vibe? Personally at 33, conversations with anyone close to 20 nine times outta 10 drive me nuts.

Most comments here are very dismissive of what you are going through mate. Whats happened is you've had an intense emotional reaction to an event. It sounds like whats been triggered is shame mostly, probably a lot of fear too? and perhaps some anger... Actually shame is generally a mixture of emotions. The invitation when triggered is to leverage the intensity and use it as an opportunity to heal. I can't explain a technique in such short words but in general, don't try and knuckle up and dismi…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
