I wish both sides could finally advance the conversation and break it down by sector. If you're an office worker and men get paid more, fuck you. But this number doesn't reflect all the cliche trades and STEM occupations that despite opportunity, aren't​ seeing the female enrollment they need to fix the imbalance. I get paid more because I work out of town for weeks in cold stinky lonely dangerous environments. Mom's don't seek this lifestyle, most Dad's I know have no choice.
