I'm with you on this one, I'm all for the cops being heavy handed when it's justified but when they're outside a mall, against one single person who's just stolen a shirt and shoes, pushing their head into the pavement is definitely over the top. The people in this sub won't let you think that way though, some of the comments in here are cringeworthy.
