Pneumonia doesn't scar your lungs 100% with absolution. I had it when I was a kid, and have run marathons since. Pneumonia is bad, but it's not a mortal lock that it leaves permanent damage to those 20% that get it. Olds getting pneumonia from flu or coronavirus is where it's time to get worried.
